Is everyone sleeping? There is almost no trading at all at coinmarket.io and still the price is very low... Been buying since yesterday, but now I am starting to get cold feet. Either I have made a big misjudgment and the coin really isn't worth more than cheap prices I have been paying or the community has not found their way to the exchange yet.

Anyway, I think SMC has potential and will continue supporting, both by buying and mining at the same time!

I also think it has potential. But I don't want to trade it at a "beta exchange" where a lot problems are reported. Never used them. Prices are to low anyway, never would sell mine to these prices. But I bought some there and hold them beside mining them myself.

Hello! Trading is intense on CoinMarket.io and you know, it's pattern. When new coin comes to market, there are many people who starts selling their coins because they don't know real price. It's really low price now, it should be about 0.0004 SMC/BTC. I don't care for this people who sell, Smartcoin will be on Crytpsy next week so, the price will grow 200-300%.

Developer sent (about 24-30? h ago) emails with private keys to test group (3-5? people).

But the distribution system is fail (too much time you have to devote to generate 1500 keys, and other reasons).
And these keys were canceled after few hours (test payments was withdrawn).

So these people can confirm that they have received an email with a private key, then imported key into wallet and received coins.
Hence the real information that some people (test group) got e-mail with coins.

It was built new distribution system.
From what I know without a private key only in the mail with a link to the page where you can pick up a free coins.
The creation of this system took a long.

And let's hope that the new system will be ok and will meet its role in the safe and rapid payment of free coins.

It's worth what it's worth. You can't really say for certain that it's worth 0.0004 SMC/BTC. If it were, that'd mean I'd have earnt $169.18 in a single day of mining. By comparison, mining LTC would have gotten me $40-44. Mining DOGE about $55-60 at the moment. Sure it might hit 0.0004 in the coming weeks and/or if it hits Cryptsy ("will be on Cryptsy" - do you know this for a fact?) but there will be a lot of people selling at that price point too.

They were not withdrawn, the coins were still in the dev his wallet, the people just received a private key to get their own coins from the wallet. Which means that if he moves coins for one reason or another to another wallet they might get selected and be moved.

Which is why he also told them to move the coins as soon as they got them.

Which is why this is inherently an unsafe system if people continue to use those private keys in their wallet (the dev still has access).

It's nothing different (well, a little) than if you were handing out the PIN number to your online banking account. Anyone who ever had access to the account potentially remains having access.

Which is why he opted to take some extra time to develop another system (doing an actual transfer of coins)

No need to worry this coin is like rocking hores sh*t very very rare and hard to get i bought in and am losing on my investment so far wait a few weeks once everyone has dumped the coins and the spread is better..

13,988MH gets you 1,421.359 smc  and net hash rate 1.5 gh let the multipool and dumpers get out of the way

total coins without premine  446,567 if you have 5000 coins you have over 1% of all mined coins without the premine

when i try to withdraw my coins its say no enough balance, i got 1084SMC and its allowed me to withdraw only a small part of it, there are 927SMC that i cant withdraw a single coin of it !!!
