Coins will probably go for somewhere between 0.00015 to 0.00025+ at the start of exchanges.

0.00015 will probably be the Chinese dumper price that only a few sell for, somewhere around 0.0002 will be the normal area, while 0.00025 or higher will be the upper spread.

Around 90 khash/s at I 18
But I cannot use my PC at all at then. Thats why I let it run at I 10 to 12 with 10 to 20 khash/s

Thread concurrency is way too high!  Dial it right down to around 8192 or below.  Try intensity of 13 or below.  Because the modified algo uses so much memory high intensity will just HW error and a high TC will fail at best or worst crash the GPU.

How much GPU RAM do you have?  Try bringing the TC down to 4096
