NO!!!!! I needed one more week to get my bitcoins from coinbase. I was hoping I could snatch a few at 100. I guess it's good news it's on coinedup, but wanted just one more week you will still be able to get for cheap. The dumping will happen now ...in fact this might be a blessing for those that want to buy... I would just hold out a bit until the major dump is finished.

I don't think your going to like to hear this but there almost certainly gone. Since both coins are originally based off of litecoin the checksum for the addresses would be identical on either coin where they both start with 'D'. To the client it would look like a valid address, because for all intents and purposes it is. The problem is that the Dogecoin address you sent to is valid on the DigiByte network but the private key does not exist so its a un-accessible address. PM me the transaction ID and I can take a look to confirm

People selling their coins for anything less than last weeks high are nuts. I wouldn't even sell my coins for that as that was just a taste of what is to come.

On what exchanges? On 2 exchanges with 2.5 BTC volume? It's so pathetic.
Dude, over 400 BTC worth of DGB has been traded on www.CoinMarket.io - you're the pathetic one here.

PM me the transaction ID and I can take a look to confirm He *could* recover the un-accessible address if he has the private key of the other one. Thats what guys in #bitcoin told us. Just use "dumpprivkey <address>" in one client and "importprivkey <key>" in the other client.

I guess that would make sense. The private keys would also be valid on either network if the addresses are valid.
