I think I fucked up one of my Antminers settings.  Now I can't even connect to the miner through eternet cable.  Is there anyway to reset it back to default?

Hardly anyone speaks English on this forum.

Yes if your S1 is recent enough (I think i.e. it has PCI-e power connectors), on the Ethernet / controller / WRT card, there is a factory reset button. On earlier versions, you have to short 2 contacts to do the same.

For those of you that use their Ants wirelessly, I have a question:

if I connect a 5Dbi antenna and put my Ant downstairs one floor beneath the router, directly underneath the router, I should be able to get a good signal right?

That depends on how think your floor is, how much metal is in it, how good your router is, and, and, ,,,, try it and see.

If I have been help then please show your thanks         BTC: 127PRogAVZiV3fEmpJERh9KemK3a3Ffh6G         LTC: LXghFL8mZffpTFkm2nRTesuDrV5DJQP3Js

Let the fight begin!!!!

I'm not fighting for this one - Its hard to imagine a bitcoin world where these make a profit unless difficulty stays <18% jumps from here on out

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461
No longer a wannabe - now an ASIC owner!

That is great news but the price is still a bit high for the delivery/shipping date. Still waiting for a price reduction before I buy anymore.

So what would be an ideal price for you at this point considering other (if any) options?

Agreed, at current price if the trend of average 20% difficulty increase continues, Antminer will actually never ROI. It will get very close to it though.

With all the heat and electricity it isn't even worth mining anymore. For SHA-256 at least.
