Privacy concerns send Koreans fleeing to Russian messenger app

http://www.koreaherald.com/common_prog/newsprint.php?ud=20140925000847&dt=2

Which Koreans?  I'm sorry if I'm once again ignorant, but I just can't see the South Korean government doing this???  And the article doesn't say which.

Maybe this kind of shit can happen due to it being such a small country??  But this would be seriously shocking if it were in South Korea??

Actually, it would be equally shocking if it were in North Korea, as I can't imagine any of them having access to any kind of media outlet???

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Isn't the price supposed to be going up with open source upcoming? Not that I care, but.. you know..
Markets rarely do what is expected of them.

look doge, not development, only dog meme and... 325% profit last 30 days,  investor are not interested in DRK

Dude, dogecoinis pumped by Darkcoin whales. Expect Doge price to crash when Darkcoin enforcement and open source is out Wink

Hey there,

Here's a short video for you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RaJjCeW-d7k (The Death of King Dollar - Documentary)

I don't know if you have already seen this, but I found it very interesting to be brought to our community.

And now a quote from the website they link to:
Quote
The world is rapidly changing and the U.S. dollar has enjoyed the benefits of being used as the world’s reserve currency, but history tells us that things will change and evidence is showing that it will likely be sooner rather than later.

It's crystal clear for me that the USD demise is the beginning of the cryptocurrencies prevalence, and of the perennial Darkcoin kingdom.

I think they'll get a bit more PoV (Proof of Violence) out of the US$ yet - the Middle East is just getting nicely warmed up again, there's always ebola, or another domestic turrist attack can be arranged. Plenty of opportunities in play right now for another PoV pump!

Dollar has been breaking out from a long downtrend. Probably the start of another 5-8 year bull cycle.

Imagine every single dogecoin came burdened with $5000 of unrepayable debt. Would you want to own any dogecoin?

The fact that the fed is managing to pump this shit is a scary testament to human stupidity. I doubt the pump will stagger on another 5-8 years, but as camo keeps saying, human stupidity is almost infinite.  Grin

Best hope for the US is to try and keep the Chinese laughing at them for as long as possible. When they stop laughing, they'll bring the hammer down. Going to be one hell of a dump.

Are you being sarcastic ?

I don't know - you might be right. Have you seen this ? How do you reconcile your observation with the 3.5 x increase in the money supply ? All that money is sitting on the Fed balance sheets simply waiting for an interest rate rise to pull it out into the economy.

That interest rate rise could come form a number of quarters - one being (ironically) the need to defend the dollar against competing currencies such as the new Gold backed Brics bank ones.

lol come on. article says "President Park Geun-hye" so of course it's South Korea. apart of that it couldn't be the North either way.

anyhow that article has already been debunked as pretty much a PR strategy to boost the Telegram app Wink it's all just some concerns that are based on something the President said.. Nothing of much real significance I guess

Ah, thanks.  I'm going too fast as I have almost no time, but I feel so isolated from you guys, I am trying to keep up, LOL (4 pages behind, probably will never get to them, LOL.

And THAT my dear is why the feds (and federal reserve) have a HUGE advantage over us minions.  THEY get to spend it when it's over valued.

Sucks to be a nobody..........until the dark came and enveloped us.....  Cheesy

Nope, pure technical play. Has nothing to do with the overwhelming debt burden:

Yes - I can see your logic from a technical point of view.

I'm just sick of this sh*thead world that's got addicted to wars. That's the real reason the dollar is rising - because the West managed to conjure itself up another little enemy to get everyone excited about and now they're back in their comfort zone - pummelling the daylights out of yet another small country.

I don't know why they call it the "Ministry of Defence" (that's "Department" of defense to most readers on here) because in my part of the world they haven't done any defending since the Spanish Armada.

Now the Scottish referendum's over and my country's got it's entire head back up inside Mr Cameron's a*ss (and Obama's by proxy) we can get back to the "proper" business of government. Whoever thought anything could be any different  Shocked

Not sure what the USDX against a bunch of other fiat crap has to do with the Damoclean sword of immanent hyperinflation and $200 trillion in liabilities? But then I'm not an economist.   Huh

Hey toknornal, none of my business but are you still in XDN? I still have a few bazillion but am considering diversifying my strictly-for-giggles gambling portfolio.

Watch Kristov Atlas's newest speech.
He talks about darkness and the dark market.

Awesome speech:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhVpPs-Cp_8

I'm starting to like this Kristov Atlas guy. Pity he failed to mention Darkcoin in any of that though, despite Darkcoin completely solving the Bitcoin problems he was mentioning. Centralised-browser-plugin-vapourware Dark Wallet got airtime instead...  Huh

Maybe he's afraid that openly acknowledging DRK's superiority will get him cast out of the BTC zealots club?

We have a winner  Grin

Remember that picture of the two Olympic Runners, Bitcoin was handing over the carrying of the flame to Darkcoin?

20% of people dropped me from Twitter when I posted that one.  Darkcoin's rise is going to rock the apple-cart something chronic.

The new generation have arrived and they brought their own currency...

Dropping you?  lol

Hell I get 2-5 new follwers everything I post something DRK related

I have more followers then people I follow - allbeit still under 100 but meh....

It was the first time I'd ever posted something anti-BTC.  I'm not sure you could call that anti-BTC anyway, it was merely an analogy to show Darkcoin is now leading the way with innovation.

Still, it was the first time my follower count went down and not up, but like you, I'm a Twitter n00b so it doesn't mean too much.
