You have any thoughts on the massive volume on the none commission chinese exchanges, fake liquidity- little/some/alot ?!
Haven't seen that. When I watch the trading it seems genuine - lots of trades rather than just a few very big ones, but I didn't know anything about this "no-fees" stuff. btw, anyone knows why DASH isn't mentioned at bitcoinwisdom? Yeah, I just clocked that yesterday. Strange. I emailed bitcoinwisdom and posted in their thread asking for them to at least add the cryptsy link or create a poloniex chart after bitfinex Dash went away. I never heard anything back unfortunately. I gave up on bitcoinwisdom a while back and have been happy with Cryptowatch. https://cryptowat.ch/poloniex/dashbtcThanks for that site. AS for the basic information, i use https://bitinfocharts.com/ The information on this site is objective, timely and accurate.

I have never ever seen this thread so quiet. What's happening? Is there a game on? (being a girl, I don't pay attention to these things) Or what?

I've noticed that too. Must be people at home just trying to digest the sheer epicness of what's going to "Evolve" in the coming months...
Also, after the rather ferocious troll wars recently, I'm sure both sides are taking a break. Even Adam White hasn't posted all day, which is unusual.

Don't worry... Be happy! It is interesting that some would rather have tunnel vision and look at the near term. Take the numbers out to the monthly or 3-6 month scale. Not so rosy anymore.

High correlation(0.98) between blocksize and tps/transaction count as expected. Currently at 0.65 MB per block so double the transactions from 2 tps to 4 tps makes over 1 MB and would involve delays, presumably fees would queue the unconfirmed in the memory pool, https://tradeblock.com/bitcoin/historical/1w-f-blksize_per_avg-00011-tps-01011

It's right. For some reason all forget to take into account the large amount of time interval. Now the difficult situation for all forks, all the attention of investors concentrated on Bitcoin

Looks like bitcoin may be starting to spool up engines for resumption of the rally over the next couple of days. 4-hour chart is coming around without signs of the mass sell-off and long term drift down that has characterised previous rallies. Meanwhile, Gold about to drop into 3-figures. Is gold a garbage investment now given that it is no longer mobile relative to modern base monetary media ? Are gold investors going to be left with their pants around their ankles when the debt bubble pops ? Probably not since they are finding ways to trade physical gold the don't involve highly levered ETF's but it's still going to be interesting. UPDATE: I think I might shorten my launch window to 4-8 hours. The Huobi bulls seem to be getting impatient. There is quite a bit of snorting and stamping of hoofs as they wait impatiently for that 4-hour correction to close. The big question is the resistence - what bears lie in wait just a few levels above who were left hanging from the rafters when the steps were pulled away a couple of days ago. Will they snuff out the next run before it even gets up a head of steam ? Only Jamie Dimon and Christene Lagarde have the answer
