I propose an idea to some of the talk about handling enable/disable that I see on darkcointalk.org

Why not have a setting that says something like "Do not anonymize less than X"

This way you could leave DarkMix on, and it wouldn't charge fees and denominate when you received 2 more DRKs. It'd wait until X amount of non-anonymized coins existed before mixing them. Tthis combined with the already existing "anon at least this much" would window the mixer runs and tame hysteresis like an AGC, sort of, kinda.

Since denom is a fuzzy target, I'm not sure how tight windows would work there... Just a notion I had.

Distribution happened over the many months of stale price appreciation. Those coins have long since been churned... Further, LTC, BTC, and many other coins have instamines.

The best thing to do with this loser is just ignore it and not engage in it's childish behaviour.  I'm sure that the majority of respectable people involved in Darkcoin wish it would just go away.  But there is really nothing they can do about it.  I've noticed that it's mostly ignored by everyone.  I should have just laughed at it's posts and done the same.

As for your question regarding the information you found.  Is it true?  Well yes to some extent.  But I would just leave that alone.  Everyone knows the truth whether they admit it or not.

There has been no set amount of time for when the open source will happen. Sooner rather than later obviously, but it is important for people following DRK not assume it is going to happen 10 days from now. No dates have been given.

I think that the rash reaction is due to the fact that months ago, trolls used the same arguments over and over again. I don't know how old is the thread you are referring to, but it has been answered many times. Go to the FAQ in my sig and the Darkcoin forum for more info.
