I paid via btc on February 11 and haven't gotten any shipping information from Jack/Angela. I called DHL this morning and they checked for any tracking numbers to my name/zip code but did not find anything.

This is my situation I paid on feb 11 through bank wire, and according to the bank they have my money since feb 13. Payment was confirmed by Angela last week Saturday, February 22, 2014 Location Time 1 Shipment information received SHENZHEN - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC I have the "tracking number" since Saturday, yesterday i asked jack why the packgage still wasn't in dhl's hands, he told me that they had some problems with dhl, and for this reason the package would be picked up on Monday. If in 24 hours the package isn't show as being moving I will ask for a refund update : my order has been shipped  (feb 24) How you managed to get the tracking number? I have called to dhl - nothing coming. Asked from Jack many many many times last pm from friday: "if send by bank transfer, my team has finished the payment confirm for payment before Feb15. the the package is on the way." But nothing. No confirmation of payment from Agela or any one no tracking nothing. I have got every time answer from Jack which is great, but it doesn't help if problem remains unsoved. I trust this goes fine, but need also some action. Im sorry for my impatience. Please confirm my wire, send tracking or give estimated shipping date, thanks! EDIT: paid by wire 10th feb send an email to Angela , if she does't answer try again. |

Update on LA3M delivery: EVENT CATEGORY
24 Feb 14 3:28 AM - Clearance delay - NEW YORK CITY GATEWAY,UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Should have been delivered today but I had to call DHL and they requested to know what was in the package and my name, as it appears on my income taxes, and social security number and my name as it appears on my social security card.
Then I was told that they have enough information and should be delivered tomorrow.But if they run into anymore problems they will call me by tomorrow and explain why and to request what ever else I need such as invoice and proof of purchase.

Well, after I escalated the case on paypal I finally receive an email with a tracking number Saturday nights and the tracking number don't exist. I email back on why they lie and the answer was that I need to wait till Monday for DHL to scan and be on the system. Monday morning came in yesterday Hong Kong time and same thing, I send another email for refund and I receive an email with a copy of the airwaybill with my address. The tracking number provided and the tracking number were different and still no record on DHL. Today finally it shows that DHL pick it up.

Mine still has not been picked up! It says they submitted my package info in at 10:33 pm on feb 20th. Its now the 24 and DHL still has not scanned my package. I want a damn refund. This is a joke. Jack hasnt even sent me a tracking number. I found it through DHL. This guys customer support team/skills are useless. Send me my 7.72 BTC back. |

Another day and still no answer to my email inquiry on when my order will ship... Buyers beware on Tuesday it will have been two weeks since I paid 5400$ and I am still empty handed!  OK, I just got off the phone with DHL and they located my shipment and provided me with my tracking number. They informed me that my package was shipped on the 22nd but was not updated until this morning which is why when I spoke with DHL previously, they could not locate it. Since I did not hear from jack or angela, I was starting to panic but it looks like everything is in order and I will receive later this week. The lack of communication and delays were frustrating but as long as I get a working LA6M I will be satisfied. |

in china, people use third party couriers for dhl. This is from personal experience
The third party can take upto 7 days to deliver your package to DHL. Most of the time your package is in a warehouse
Jack has used DHL to create the waybill number. once he hands the package over to the the third party courier, its out of his control.
The third party courier is were the problem lies. you cannot do anything but wait. its annoying I know.
ive been there.
So stop your bitching!!! and wait

This is not true. Mine has not shipped. I paid on the freakin 11th!!!! |

Jack is not using a third party, they are base in Hong Kong and shipping directly with DHL. No need to lie or put excises, just have things in order and answer.

Why order from China and risk Customs Seizures when you guys can just buy locally from Los Angeles, CA? Much cheaper too I think www.zoomhash.comThis guy has great feedback on ebay and amazon. Check out his threads on bitcointalk.org. |

He's not cheaper if you're comparing him to a 10 or 20 unit package from lightningasic or hashra.
I paid $4980 for a 6MH kit (20 units) with all accessories from Hashra. 20 miners from this guy are 250*20=$5000 with none of the accessories included.

After all the shit that Jack gave me and lies I was so mad that I went ( my partner lives in Hong Kong) directly to gridseed and purchase 500 chips and 25 controlers. I just receive confirmation that gridseed accepted the order and they confirm they receive our payment. By tonight I will have confirmation on the shipment and I will keep 200 units for myself and the other 300 I will offer it here and matching the best deal out there. The difference is that will be in USA with free shipping to the USA only.

Check out his threads on bitcointalk.org. I think this is only good for buying one or two units as a replacements for an existing package you may have already. |
