I just wanted to let people here know that even though I didn't receive any tracking info on forehand, I just had a DHL guy stop at my door with a package from china I paid the 10th, by bank transfer. I am testing with one unit now, and it seems to be stable up to a frequency of 750. It doesn't matter for the hashrate (at give-me-coins pool) though whether I put it at 600 or 750. |

Just an update...after about three days hashing with the LA6M (20 miners) I'm getting around 7Mh/s total, on average. When you restart these things, they often jump to very high hashrates for a short time and then throttle back down to 350-400, or so. Gives you the feeling that they SHOULD be capable of more than we're seeing. I've also been experiencing the issue where the controllers reboot everything, around once an hour. Sometimes more often, sometimes less...no rhyme or reason. Sometimes when they come back up, one or more miners won't come back up with them and it requires a power cycle. Annoying behavior, for sure.
I spoke to someone through the Skype tech support account who told me that a new firmware was planned for today, but I haven't seen any announcement of it. I'm curious to know if that will give us more control over clocks and let us tweak more, as well as set up a backup pool. I'd also love the option to save various pools and switch between them, without having to manually enter the pool info every time. I guess we'll see.
But anyway, the 5Mh/s per 10 miners is still a distant dream, which is disappointing as that was kind of what I based on my ROI on, when I decided to make this purchase. I'm hopeful the new firmware will help us see those hashrates.

Because Jack said my order would go out today, but i called dhl and there was nothing.. sigh I can not call DHL, because here in switzerland they would have the reference number of the supplier. When I say the zipcode, they say: We can not give data, because we must have the reference number of supplier. I have no chance to get a tracking number in switzerland without the reference number of supplier! Edit: I need the reference number of the supplier or the tracking number from Jack to can track the packages! |

I'm thinking, if Gridseed sells these units as well, I wonder what kind of firmware they are using thats different Jack's... I wonder if Gridseeds firmware is more stable and hashes faster?

Called DHL today per others' recommendation, and they did find the tracking info that it shipped out yesterday. Now to hoping that it gets here intact. Good to see that Jack is catching up on alot of the unfulfilled orders.

Do you by chance know if it was DHL Global or Express? It seems they are different |

Do you by chance know if it was DHL Global or Express? It seems they are different 'Service' type on DHL website says Express Worldwide. and my tracking # (Waybill) was only 10 digits long. |

I also asked DHL rep how long it took for their system to update shipment info she responded as soon as its scanned. have you tried removing a digit one at a time and trying all possible combinations?  as much volume as they are moving, and what sounds like chaos over there trying to process all these orders, Im sure the last thing on their mind is double checking for typing errors. |
