Eric Fernandez, owner of Sol/Mar Real Estate, recently listed a $3.5 million penthouse condo at the Blue Diamond in Miami Beach, Fla. saying the owners would accept payment in bitcoin or Ethereum, according to the Miami New Times.

Fernandez believes it is only a matter of time before bitcoin acceptance for real estate purchases gains popularity.

That's a good thing. Even myself will consider accepting bitcoins not all the time. It's just difficult to accept bitcoin or ethereum when they're in a big rally upwards as it will surely correct too. I can see more potential on Ethereum though in long term than a 1mb bitcoin.

hey brother. that guy was probably just kidding.

The address you mentioned most likely belongs to bitstamp or bithumb. you need to contact both companies for help and ask them to investigate - it might be a bitstamp or bithumb problem.

i havent tried either company but sometimes it can be very difficult to get support from some exchanges so you have to contact them persistently.

I bought some Ethereum with price $300 and  now the ethereum price rising up  $330 stronger and surely,  i hope the ethereum price will $400 end this year .

This is really good to see ETH is stable around $300 soon it will move to next level. Next year will be more exciting for all holders we still have time to get more before this rally get started.

Now next target for Ethereum is to get $400 milestone and once we are there next $100 will be more quickly. I am long on this whenever is possible just keep increasing up my stock easy by easy. Next year $1000 will be minimum this everyone knows because of the work is being done.

Yes I made my parity and before my mist wallet fully portable (as long as there are no strange things in the registry, though I doubt. It can be done with virtual directories on windows. That way all the files are lying on a certain partition outside the mainone.

For windows,  I ended up creating a linked directory on a secondary drive and then mapped the default directory to that so ETH continued to use the primary drive but it was actually being stored on the secondary.  Had no issue after that.  The command I used is currently on a different machine, so don't have that handy.

Compared with BTC, ETH is remaining relatively stable during the past weeks.
It should have more potential to grow in the near future.

I am optimistic about the growth of Eth, in near term the targets are $500 and next year it can reach $1000, just my thoughts im not recommending anyone to invest based on my opinion. Thank you.

The ETH is really very stable now. I think that the coin is simply held back now. Do not give growth. But in the future there will be a strong pampus. Buterin is very good at developing the project. Ethereum overgrows with many projects and becomes stronger.
