There is no official ETA at the moment for POS consensus implementation in the ETH blockchain.
As for 3GB DAG limit. I'm afraid it's very near now. Like a month if you're using Linux. People mining using 3GB GPUs are already facing issues with DAG file limit in Windows.

You don't guess on Ethereum Network - run the software in benchmark mode and set it to Epochs for later this year.

It will tell you at what Epoch, the Dag file is more than 3GB of VRAM on Linux.

The dump is over and over. We will be only seeing more and more bullish trend and there is no reason for crypto to go down again to another bottom. The market is really stable right now and only bullish and bullish.

When does ETH will switch to POS with Casper ?

There is no exact that when casper will be implemented to the network but it already tested and just waiting for another block increase soon.

We always hear from the Banks, the Tycoon that Bitcoin is bubble, cryptocurrencies are scam. But for me if bitcoin or blockchain become the future, It will have a tremendous impact on them.
I think this market will recovery soon.

Every ICO and any other coin offering could turn up to be a scam, Bitcoin and Ethereum can play a big part on the monetary system but it could never replace fiat, i see a good resistant on the ETH price bitcoin went down but seeing that the price is still at the 400 USD is a good sign.

It could never replace fiat? I would bet everything I have on the idea that a cryptocurrency ( a decentralized one) will replace fiat one day.
