Also, I have a rented rig, but the renter has not entered any info I guess as the rental is paid for, but has not started yet. Does this hold up the queue indefinitely?
Another thing. I rented a rig a few hours ago, and was paid for. I rented it for like 2 weeks. Now it is off my list as 'Never received payment', even though it was confirmed hours ago and was in the green. (Not waiting for confirmation).
I will open a ticket for the lost BTC now, but odd how it got reset and then was rented by someone else, even though on my list it was already confirmed and past the 'Waiting for 1 COnfirmation' Page.

None of my rentals were extended and have since finished.  Also, again your support has closed an OpEN ticket regarding another crappy rig/owner with no hashing that I asked for a refund yesterday, yet the refund has not gone through. Tell your support people to stop closing tickets unless they are really closed. -tD As a support member I want to take this time to explain why I and the others close/Resolve tickets that haven't been refunded yet. First, is that we no longer have a coinbase which takes us support members out of the position of giving refunds. Instead mrbodz AKA Ahmed is incharge of refunds now. Knowing my good friend ahmed i understand that he is always busy coding or doing whatever it shall be and that he cant always give refunds and a moments notice. What do you expect were human and until we get a system that isn't, Well We will try our best. Second, We Hit resolve only once your info has been entered into our system. No it may not be refunded but its in there and when ahmed pays its you will get a refund. its not going anywhere. If we kept them open until they are refunded we could have over 100+ tickets open, especially with the BTC Ddos stress test stuff thats slowing the transactions. Another bug.
I'm trying to write a message to a renter and it doesn't want to send it.
It can not send copied and pasted data from a table from my rig(s) it seems.
Ex :

@alexcrys. You complain when people rate your rigs feedback badly. And when you give people bad feedback when the rig runs at 100% and you ignore all communication from the rig owner you complain too. Either you quit ruining other rig owners reputations or i will ban you from the site.

@mrbodz i have the same problems and u don't care... the same user give-me bad feedback and the ring was runs 100% i have bad experience i rent 4.60TH/s i have only 4.02TH/s ...i rent 3.35TH/s i have 3TH/s and the last the same problems Want to give it 10/10 for this experience ? u are undestand or u want to spk in arabic ? or u com and ban me with a boomb from a site ? are a lot of issues payment is very slowly(wait 7 DAY FOR REFOUND) it is normal for u  ? You think you're God and edit feedback people.. Do not think that you exaggerate with this behavior ? Be ware on this site .. |

However when a rig is hashing +-10% and with contact by the rig owner it deserves a rating of between 8 - 10 out of 10. Leaving 0 / 10 is unjustified and ruins things for everyone. You wouldnt like it if someone did that to you. However if there is an issue and the rig quits hashing 1/2 way through then 0 / 10 is justified or the rig owner is rude then its also justified. You have been rude to a number of renters and turned your rig off numerous times.
@All If you are a rig owner or renter. Please leave feedback which accurately fits the type of service you recieved. As of this moment no sort of retalitory feedback will be allowed. If you believe a renter is lying file a ticket for it to be removed at the team's discretion or leave a reply to the feedback.

Again is not your thing if my experience is not good with the ring... i'am customer I can give any feedback i'am pay for it understand ? if my ring turned off i spk with the user to full refound where is the problems ? When I had the same problems u have changed not good feedback in good on my ring.. but the user change again to bad feedback when i told u to change again because it has something with me u don't want to do something but with this user u delete my feedback on my money why ? u have announced before making this ? Why can some do and others do not ? Why do differences ? u make racial differences ? |
