Are those who are answering support tickets not aware of the delays?

Someone just answered my ticket this morning with a print screen saying "according to the details your payment has been sent"

Are there any problems with your mail server?
Since 2-3 days I get 600+ Emails if someone rents my miner. Normally I should receive one email, but since two days more than 600 mails per rental are flooding my mailbox.
Anyone else having these problems?

Yes but they have fixed this problem, read a couple of posts above.

I've been renting out 3 rigs there for the last 24 hours without issue for any who are interested. It works as advertised...just point your primary address to his 'pool' and keep your own pool as failover.

Can't confirm payment since my first leases just ended but seems promising.

so - I am kind of wondering if betrigs is in financial difficulty. I had seriously considered buying the business when they put themselves on the market but today I noticed their ssl cert for the support site has expired and a refund due from them for for about 1 btc has not been paid back to me after a number of requests....

is everything ok there guys?

We're not in any financial difficulty. We're awaiting a server move in a few days time. Our support system is operated by freshdesk not by us. Also we are having issues with coinbase's api throwing HTTP 500 errors and so as such we have been paying people manually every 2 days.
