I'm not interested in your Windows application. How about you work on it in your development environment and keep things as is in production? How about a warning when you're taking a feature offline?

There is no reason to discuss further. You have to add AVERAGE HASHRATE GRAPH to BETARIGS!!!

Just switch to mining rig rentals, this shit doesn't happen. The renters can't lie about speed, everything is automated. I've had zero issues with all my rentals since switching. I have 100% rating, like I should.

I used betarigs since they started without a single problem, then Mux put in the graphs and i had nothing but renters bitching about hash rates and unilateral refunds. I had this situation happen before, a renter was over compensated with extra time and still got a partial refund. I actually lost money on these rentals.

Everyone should switch and let this abortion die in peace.

I've gone to Nicehash.  Making MUCH more profit over there.  Betarigs is a joke now and MRR is heading downhill too.  Nicehash rent hash, not rigs so you get whatever speed you want.  Plus I'm paying a lot less for it too.

I use nice hash as a backup pool, I set my rental prices about 25% higher than nicehash's payout, seems ok, I'm at least making profit these days.

Graphs are functioning fine apart from the 2hr avg. Thats a stat only available to the admins atm due it causing issues for a few small people.

Graphs are really dragging again when getting up to 6+ days.  I have a two week rental going and the site is nearly unusable when that graph is visible.

So now My Rigs is totally inaccessible.  I can't even get to a page where I can disable graphs so that I can even see my rigs without them.  This needs to be fixed ASAP or graphs need to be turned off.

I'm going to sound like an ass here, but I'l be blunt.   No one gives a shit about a Windows app or support for random algos that barely anyone uses when basic site functionality is broken.

These don't reconcile:

I just enabled the avg line today again so that i could re-add the last avg hashrate stats. It's disabled again on your end though so should be good enough for you

Ahmed, I'm not talking about the 2 hour average.  I'm talking about the fact that the graphs make the website unusable on longer rentals due to the massive rendering times.  I just had a short power outage and I can't give time to my renter because the damn site won't load.

Oh! now i wasnt aware of that. Could you give me the rental id of one of the longer rentals so i can look into it and figure out why its taking so long.

You acknowledged the issue over a week ago, as well as today(i thought that you understood what I was talking about, anyway), but ok.

Yep. It's caused some issues for users. Working on fixing it asap

Ahmed

Speaking of graphs causing issues...I had a 7 day rental and by the end the graph was lagging really badly.  It was causing any page that it was loaded on to take up to 30 seconds to load.  Hiding charts fixed it.

Ahh think i might know whats causing the lag. Will fix it now

Ahmed

Still really laggy when that 7 day graph is visible.

Look at rental 205557.  I can't even load the main rig paqe to give me renter extra time.

Yeah i thought it was the 2hr avg line causing the issues. I wasnt aware of anything causing further issues.

Looking at the graph on my end. there was 45 mins where the rig wasnt hashing. Could you try accessing the site now?

The issue for your rental is because of how large the data for the graph is. Say the graph updates about a minute each thats 20160 points on the graph which means its going to be super long to render. I'll look into rendering it on our end. Although that might be a while to get it out. The only short term solution is to reduce how often hashrate is updated which just cant be done

I can at least load it now.  Still slow, but functional. Thanks!

Before you bought the site the graphs used to update every 5 mins, perhaps you should look into only updating the graph every 5-10 mins instead of every minute.

this... it's beyond obvious what was there before worked great. there is 0 practical benefit to minutely updates on a graph... and in fact it is the cause of all the problems.
