Just started renting at BR yesterday but my renters tell me they cannot specify a failover pool. My search shows sellers have complained about this for at least 7 months now. Do you have any intention of giving renters a failover option Huh

I also lost time last night because a DDOS attack and I was sleeping.   That is the owner's fault.  It sucks not having a failover pool.

as a rig owner i can also say that having no option for failover sucks bigtime.
I do endeavour to compensate every minute of downtime where my miners failover on my own pools whilst rented out, but sometimes I miss it completely due to being asleep or at work...
betarigs really need to sort this.

I'm the seller and I think it's bad for both seller and renter. The BetaRigs owner has been asked for months to add a failover pool option for renters. We sellers have it.

Sorry I meant to post that losing time to a DDOS attack isn't the owner's fault!   Sorry for my typo.    Having a failover pool would be excellent!

True, it's not the MinerLord's fault that the renter's pool suffered a DDoS attack, but, I failed over and lost nothing so I added time to make up for it. If the renter had a failover option I wouldn't even have to give it a thought.

I've been having a great experience at betarigs but now I have a problem.   I can't close a ticket I created.   It is ticket #394109.

This a big rig 150 TH and the rental was 4 BTC for 6 hours and I paniced when I couldn't reach the owner for over an hour when the rig was offline.   However the rig owner did resolve the issue and compensated me.   I'm very please and now would like to close the ticket.   It is possible I'm missing something but I can't find out how to close it.   I've tried two different browser (IE11 & Chrome) but I do have some color blindness.

* I've replied to the email
* I've put two messages in the ticket to close it.
* I've asked on the IRC
* I've asked on Twitter
* Now this thread.  Smiley

I love what I've been able to do the this week with the rented rigs but I wish I could close this ticket and get the owner paid!   Please assist.

Thanks
  dykask (My betarigs User Name)

Still no response from betarigs.   It shouldn't be so hard to close a ticket!   My initial request to close the ticket was over 11 hours ago.

betarigs should be making a killing on the current hype, so maybe its time to use a little of the btc to pay someone to add failover pool for renters

Do you guys get paid? It's more than 24h from the end of the rental, i got good or great  feedback but no btc!

In history i get:  ''Rental finished'' &  ''Payment pending''

I have rigs that have finish the job on 15 december but 0 btc for me!

Also in history: My total received gains: 0 BTC

And renting is available again!
New since yesterday:
- Rig can't be rented if the rig is not online at the moment
- I'll be acting as a middleman for the payment as well, to prevent scammer rigs.
- Possibility to mark his own rig as down for maintenance
- Mail is sent when your rig is hired
- First rent ongoing
- And a bunches of bugfixes thanks to the interaction with the very first customers

Today, I'll be working on collecting and displaying events on the rig (rig connection/disconnection, pool connection/deconnection, and so forth..)
Old quoted post but just want to say love your service. My virgin spondoolies were broken in there after a quick burn in test on digibytes. Thumbs up. Keep up the good work.
