Looks like it's not scrypt or bad pool settings. Even gnash.io is better than that. Lol

Lately I've had a lot of renters on my rigs that are clueless with the pools or settings .

Yeah my bet is that he/she is using wrong settings...

Frustrating when people just write "miner bad plz fix"
Its a pool error. The Pool Diff is to low.

Your 1 Miner is more than all of the miners currently on the pool if that says anything about how small the pool is.

Thanks.

This guy will probably ask for a refund through a ticket, how will that work?

Whos fault is it?

Going to run payments just now. Also about the rig issue above. The renter isnt entitled to a refund. I've highlighted this specifically in v2.

Thanks

Who is entitled and who is not? How do you measure who's fault is it? What if a rig owner truly provides 4khs rig instead of 400mhs rig?

djeZo. It's possible for us to tell via the tools we have, what is going on with a rig. Rig history and ratings also go a long way in proving what hashrate a rig owner is giving. Stratum protocol data such as the diff, how often work is updated etc. So like that we can tell what each person's fault is.

Yeah one of the biggest things you should add to everyone's account is a payment history with a transaction link.

Since payments are random, not after each rent is done with, it's a HUGE pita to see what has been paid and what is still missing.

I do agree. with us paying manually at the moment its a bit more difficult to be done. In v2 a full history has already been implemented. Should be able to roll that out soon. Payments are going out in about an hour or so.

I see that two of these have gone to paid status but don't see anything on the blockchain yet.

I'm having an issue again that my rig is not showing up in the list.

I refreshed the page like 10 times over 30 minutes, it's not there.
Everything is good on it (Online, and price is low) so not sure why it's not coming up.

It's rig # 10680

Thnx

Evening.

TD, I think i know whats going on. Your rig is ending up marked as offline for a minute or 2. Will extend the online period by a minute or 2 so it doesnt happen again.

Odd as in the miner config Betarigs is #1, then failover pools after. Should be ok that way. Same config on A2 terminators, SP20's, and KNC Titans I have.

I noticed this about a month and a half ago starting with every type of miner. Randomly they don't show up in the list ,then they do again, after a while they are off again.

When will you fix this feature?

"You are 22.7% below the current market price.
Current market price: 0.43990 BTC/Gh/Day"

This is never correct... It's saying I'm below, when I'm not.

Always have to check available rigs to match my price.

Payouts will be heading out today. During the next 2 days we'll be  hopefully be moving the site over to v2.should everything go well.  I expect about 15 minute downtime overall.
