What are the chances that this live system will work right away? Let's send out the past due payments first, clear your backed up / pissed off people who are owed rental payments and THEN roll out a 'new' system... (Which NEVER works 100% right away)..

Why are you still bothering with BetaRigs anyway ... move on to better systems (such as NiceHash.com, MRR...).

What did I say... disaster. Just some promises promises and never ending promises.

And when this so called 'V2' is out, you will see even bigger disaster  Shocked

BTW; how much are you paid for your job Ahmed? Since BR has substantial financing, I bet not little. Sadly, I would do your job much much better Smiley

I've worked with ahmed for a long time now, and I can say he's probably one of the sharper knives in the drawer.  He has a lot of experience and unlike many others in this space, is here every day.  I wouldn't discount him like that, as I've never seen his work in a project fall through - only persist and produce.

syntaks

Going to process payouts again today. 28th of August from 12:00GMT we will be running maintenance to switch over to V2. Which should continue until 29th of August 12:00GMT. We should have about 30 minutes of downtime but aside from that everything should continue as normal

Ahmd
20TH in rents offline...Betarigs is closing my tickets saying it taken care of...   7-14days in lost rents.  ACP is not honoring because betarigs is not paying...WTF?Huh I paid up front.  Take your issue with them, not me...  Punish the one taking the risk...sending coin first.  Anyone an international lawyer ?  Please PM.   I am on job site to make money to recoupe former betarigs losses and I'm tired of being written off...Germany..UK lawyers pleAe PM.  I will take a fifth job to seek justice.  Ahmed are you still there,  you support is nothing now, simply closes every ticket.  Scam site!  Check reviews!  1# renter!

I know how you feel Crispy. You have been my biggest renter and I do know you pay. I know it's not your fault that I didn't get paid. I wish you luck in recovering your losses and I'm sorry you have to work extra hard to get them back when it's not your fault.

That's the biggest thing I don't get.

You pay upfront for a rental but the rental /rig owner doesn't get it for about 4-5 days now.

Hopefully the new system will start working right away as I'm on day 6 in less than 7 hours.

You mean you would lie!! Oh yes we definitely need more of that in this space  Roll Eyes Sorry but some things take time, try to relax, dont put all your eggs in one basket and learn from these frustrations!

There is a saying i like. "Sometimes slower is faster" I find it better that V2 be polished and ready to go, rather come out the gate and upset you guys for months instead of just a few days!
Its always the case with this kind of update it can either make or break a websites reputation onced released. You kids are so ruthless. So please just chill some and understand the space you are in. Show me some other website in the world that hasnt had a few hiccups.

Hi,

I like to tell about my last experience with betarigs.

I rent a big rig with > 30 TH do do some mining on a pool.
The rig went offline directly after the 1. payment confirmation and did not come online.
I immediately wrote a ticket. (Like stated in the FAQ - they take care)
I got automatic mails that the ticket was cretaed.
After 6 hours I got this mail :

Quote
Hi **** ******,
I want to acknowledge that we have received your information.
However at this time, we are trying to do a system switch and can not enter it.
Your ticket information will be input tomorrow with the new system working.
Thank you.

OK I added another commet stating that the rig is still offline and there is no communication with the user possible
The renting time was over, the rig wasn't online for a second and the owner don't react to the messages.
I added another comment in the ticket system.

Today I got this mail in my Inbox:

Quote
Hi *** ***,
I apologize for the misfortune of your ticket timing.
Your ticket did not get entered in time to stop the payment to the rig owner since our new system was activated and now does payments manually.
Therefore, the rig owner was paid by our system for the rental.
Please contact the rig owner and ask for compensation.
Again, the timing was out of our control.
Thank you.

The Ticket was closed.

Sorry ? misfortune of my timing ? Timing out of control ? Is this a joke ?
Why don't you betarig people work on the "Rig offline" tickets while doing maintinance if the bound to a escow time frame.
or why don't you expand the escorw time while working on the System ?

if this is the way you treat cases like that - it's scam. If you state in your FAQ you take care about such cases and don't follow your promises - it's scam

I reopened the ticket and we will see waht happens.

regards
