One of my Dragon 1T miner only show 30-40 GHash at Betarigs, while it is funtioning at my side as normal.
The other 3 rigs show the full 1THash at Betarigs.
I add a support ticket at their site, but I get FUCKING UNREADABLE Base 64 encoded email from their support back.
This is the first day I rent out some rigs to try and I won't let my customers down.

Please help

If the rig is showing normal on your side, it's not your fault. The hash rate that shows up on Betarigs is based on what you're pulling on the other person's pool. You can't control their pool. I've had it show 0 hash rate because people chose a crappy pool that was offline for hours at a time, but it's not our job to fix their problems so it's not an issue.

Noticed something interesting on my rigs, I have 2 SHA rigs where someone attempted to rent the rig, there payment never went through for whatever reason but now if you look at the Rig Stats it says Number of Rentals 6 - Average score 0. Yes these have not been rented out yet and earned anything but would this rating go against the rigs?

Do unpaid rentals need to be added to the rig stats?

I don't think unpaid ones are added, no. Do you have any ratings at all yet? If not, that'd be why there's a 0 I think.

normal support. can not too dynamic, but in case of the long rent and serious questions - responses and solutions of questions I received the ideal.

How is the support a problem? I've had to submit multiple inquiries as a hoster and a renter, and I've always gotten timely responses that were on-point and answered exactly what I needed.

I already rented a few rigs at this website.
And it all worked great for me.
Mostly the rigs went faster then advertised to
And the rig owner's mostly responded fast.
So great website to mine some new altcoin you like with alot of power!

What we really need on BetaRigs is an option to add a backup pool/worker/pass.
Especially needed for p2pool nodes or pools with multiple regional servers for backups.  As it is now, when your rented miner is pointed at only a single pool, and you're renting for long durations, you're tempting fate.  Lots of pools have been hit with DDOS attacks and general outages lately.

This would also help when you happen to point at a pool that is not compatible. I rented a few rings to point towards Nicehash, for example, and found out 15m later that none of them were compatible. It would have been nice to at least be getting SOMETHING during that period instead of absolutely nothing (it would have fallen to the backup, which would have been fine).

Yeah that is actually a good idea.

I also wish there was a "wildcard" option to where you could request other unique proprietary miners ie: BDC, JPC, etc.

Had someone use an unstable pool to mine some random coin.

Now they petitioned against my payment and blocked it.

Betarigs is investigating, I will see if I continue lending my rig to this service.

This is my first petition of blocked payment, previously to this I had 8 successful payments.

I messaged the renter that his pool was unstable and even compensated 3.75 when I had internet issues that left the rig offline for 3hours.

Amazing thing is he never messaged me back. Just enjoyed his mediocre hashrate of his pool that kept booting my rig nonstop for a whole day.

This would be an excellent feature.  As an operator I try to let users know when I notice their pool drops, but I can't be watching 24/7!

What rig is it that you rented? And are you completely sure it was the rig and not your pool? In most cases it's been the pool having problems instead.

It is the x11 23mh rig.

Apparently it is not related to the pool as I tried another one. USA & Europe.

Zero support from that lad until now.

Hoping to get this solved sooner or later  Undecided
