It should show it on the rig management page. if it doesnt jump on IRC and i'll get them to you or make a support ticket.

Here's the answers everyones asking for:

Q) Did this issue start earlier than we said?
A) The issue i believe started about 1 week ago. Only a few days ago was i able to fully diagnose the issue which was when i attempted to come up with a solution for the issue.

Q) Why was this such a long and painful process?
A) We are new to the site and mux is no longer around. This meant that things didnt go according to plan at first. So i had to rebuild the database on the proxy server's which required changing of the port's and re-addition of the rental's. It took a number of attempts to get it right so that it was fair for everyone and no one hashed for days extra or less than what was supposed to.

Q) Why does some port's not work?
A) 35 workers in total dont work and the reason for that is due to weird usernames that the user's have which we're causing issues during the move and so they'll have to be added manually. If you think your one of those people, jump on IRC or make a ticket.

Q) What about refunds?
A) All rig renter's will get a refund for the time that mining rig's hashed on the rig owner's pool

Q) Is there any compensation
A) For today until Monday GMT (stating morning here but it'll most likely be closer to evening) there will be 0 fees on both end's of the renting of rig's and leasing rigs.

Q) Why did we have to do this move
A) We were suffering major packet loss issues resulting in huge hashrate rejected when renting, bad connections to pools and bad connections to rigs

Q) What happened to timestamps?
A) Some currently running rental's had timestamps in the last year so i had to make some adjustments to those which is why they are messed up. They'll be fixed in due time

mrbodz: you screwed BR service very much. zero fees is not enough as compensation for rig's owners.
i put new ports to all miners and now they send hashes to somewhere (void) while rig is not rented, wtf !??

I just realized the same thing.  In between rentals my SHA256 rig was sending hashes somewhere, but it wasn't to me.  Now I'm out a few hours on 12TH.

It's a complete mess. I still don't get why Ahmed is keeping the site online when it's clear that it's not working and is creating issues for users.

I have rigs rented out for "0.1 hour". How does that happen?

I have rigs stuck in "few moments" or stuck at the beginning of rent - "Ends in 3 days" showing for more than 24 hours now.

I took my rigs offline but some of them got rented out anyway, start dates are blank, and some renters are now complaining.

I'll repeat again - take the site offline, sort out the database/proxy issues, test it, announce compensation plans (not fee discounts - real cash), start up.

Also make sure to NOT reuse any of the port numbers that were messed up with that failed migration attempt. If it can't be figured out which ports have been affected then perhaps change stratum server names altogether and contact all rig owners and make them update their configs. Connecting to the wrong port is the worst thing you can do to a rig owner because it results in an actual monetary loss (can't mine to a backup pool and the renter expects compensation too).

Stop lying FFS. I'm sick of having to be a tester for you. I have submitted tickets and I'm still seeing random issues with my rigs. Do you really not see that a rig was rented out while disabled and the remaining time is stuck? Or that a port is linked up with the wrong renter/rig and is producing 100% rejects?

You find time to send spam to my e-mail but not to work on the issues.

The fastest way to get support is IRC by far. NO ONE is a tester. I am fixing issues as they arise.
