EDIT: never mind. I've seen your ticket. The member of staff processing tickets experienced issues with your ticket so it was left for me to process. (I've been in/out all week due to my dad being in hospital)

No refund received yet.

I signed up yesterday for this ziftr mining pool. As this is my first time getting into the crypto currency world, I had some trouble getting my miner working. I tried cgminer and minerd but got some weird connection issue (debbuging the stratum protocol told me it has issues with dns lookup).
So after hours of trial and error I switched to the pool miner from ziftrpool.io which worked flawlessly (got around 850kH/s with my 4930k @ 4.4GHz).
Now comes the strange part. I stayed logged in on the page with chrome to see the statistics of my worker. When I hit F5 around 30 minutes later I saw like 100 notifications telling me "last login was ..." so I was a bit annoyed clicking them all away. And it seemed to have another ton of notifications everytime I hit F5 or navigated to another page in the statistics section.
I think chrome sent did login again everytime the statistics page updated itself with javascript. Is that possible?
 
Now I can't even log in anymore. I just simply can't login, I am not getting any error message or something in the login screen. I also tried "Forgot password" and it said an email was sent but I never got one.
Is it possible that my account got locked down due to the large amount of strange login activity?

EDIT:
Also the "contact" feature in the menu of the ziftrcoin betarigs pool always throws an error when I try to contact them about this issue...
I have some coins on my account that were not payed out yet and I don't want to loose them!!

Speaking of graphs causing issues...I had a 7 day rental and by the end the graph was lagging really badly.  It was causing any page that it was loaded on to take up to 30 seconds to load.  Hiding charts fixed it.

What i have to say now. WELCOME AGAIN?!!!

For the first 1 hour your rig did not hit the advertised hashrate and from then on barely went over the hashrate advertised. Your rig really ove that rental was between 250 and 300 mh not the 350 as advertised. That is why 25% was refunded.

I have the full graph along with statistics and logs for the rental. That is what the refund decision was based on. INCLUDING the 1 hour extra.

It is something we had. Although it needs to be fixed before we bring it online. On the admin side we have avg hashrate stats and we use this to calculate refunds.

Just switch to mining rig rentals, this shit doesn't happen. The renters can't lie about speed, everything is automated. I've had zero issues with all my rentals since switching. I have 100% rating, like I should.

I used betarigs since they started without a single problem, then Mux put in the graphs and i had nothing but renters bitching about hash rates and unilateral refunds. I had this situation happen before, a renter was over compensated with extra time and still got a partial refund. I actually lost money on these rentals.

Everyone should switch and let this abortion die in peace.

I've gone to Nicehash.  Making MUCH more profit over there.  Betarigs is a joke now and MRR is heading downhill too.  Nicehash rent hash, not rigs so you get whatever speed you want.  Plus I'm paying a lot less for it too.
