coinmine.pw is way flakey! they are up then down then up then down.....too unreliable for me to waste hashes on.... If you have another STABLE pool for CGA you can use it... Coin is forking very often, so it's needed watch it very carefully.

coinmine.pw ROCKS. If you find anything locked, it's because the operator respects your money and hash-power, and tries to keep them safe. I also prefer 24/7, but RELIABILITY means better [safe and OFF], than [wasted ON]. coinmine.pw is way flakey! they are up then down then up then down.....too unreliable for me to waste hashes on.... CoinMine.PW SUCKS! It is a ROCK as in DEAD WEIGHT! The op' is a loaner and does not monitor and keep in touch with his miners, especially when they NEED help! Stop trying to be right about the ups and downs,,, "respect of miners" HAH HAHAHAHAHAHA! RIGHT! Writing bull crap like that is further disrespect as it insults ones intelligence!

Our hardcoded nodes are down at the moment but we are working on getting them back up.
Add these nodes to your configs, it will help the network (resync if needed):
Code: addnode=80.241.218.9 addnode=176.58.92.169 addnode=176.9.63.136 addnode=195.130.216.149 addnode=192.99.35.133 addnode=149.210.168.71 addnode=71.105.130.10 addnode=91.132.178.106 addnode=88.218.101.44 addnode=115.29.160.13 addnode=78.13.151.160 addnode=93.171.209.97 addnode=190.177.100.76 addnode=54.72.105.98 addnode=83.247.7.131 ************************************* The data above is on page 1 of this thread. Is it current or not? What is the fix for the forking problem? Surely something can be done to allow our wallets to keep up without having to re-configure or re-sync them all the time! Where is the Dev?

This coin disabled from AUTO switcher (unstable blockchain)! Mine at your own risk. CoinMine.pw IS UNSTABLE! Not just CGA! Connection to CoinMine is up then down then up then down....it was down for hours the other day when I left in frustration and it is also holding some of my other consolidated coins that were mined in multi-coin mode. They also did not respond to my written requests for help which I made several times! Yes, I was nice! I don't like being jerked around by pool owners who don't have the time or resources or intelligence or ability to back up their claims of stable and profitable operation! CoinMine.pw is on my ShytList.....

iSpace is paying out high numbers of CGA per day i.e 100+ at only 12.5MHs hash..... But, when you try to cash in, get your coins sent to your wallet, they just go POOF!!! in to thin air! Lost block chain...can't find it. re sync doesn't solve the problem.. Did get first 101 coins to my wallet but there are no confirms happening... been there over a day and still ZERO confirms! 0 out of 6 confirms! WTF? I really liked the speed and stability of iSpace but I do not like not getting paid for my hashes! I am now mining on CryptoCraft.org at the same hash rate but not getting paid anywhere near 100 coins/day! CoinWarz says CGA is #1 and should be paying quite a bit but at the rate that I'm being paid at CryptoCraft, I seriously doubt I will make anywhere near what coinwarz is saying! This forking issue can't just be happening by itself! Someone has to be controlling it or originated the problem when building the coin algo' or something! Forking problems should never be constant if at all! People mine to make money. We are being prevented from making money! Someone is preventing us from making what our hashes are worth, IMO! I can't prove it but I sure highly suspect it! I see a good coin to mine on coinwarz, I try to mine it, but it keeps fighting me all the way! CGA is a real pain in the ars to make money with and I don't need these hassles and distractions! It's not that valuable! I can hardly wait for the new Scrypt-N miners to come out! I'm not going to miss this crap!

Sorry, I forgot to mention that CryptoCraft.org is and has been on the correct/current block ever since I started mining there last night! I received a valid 'confirmed' payment from them this morning after doing a manual payment withdrawal.... So, so far so good! They seem to be watching the block changes and keeping up with them,,,,so far.... Let's keep our fingers crossed!

You could try to add the p2pool-IP-addresses as additional nodes into your cryptographicanomaly.conf (hopefully at least they have a correctly synced blockchain running): See the P2Pool-scanner here: http://5.45.105.66:8080/Example: addnode=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Edit: You could also specify the IP-addresses for a one-time sync to IP-addresses that you trust (for example the P2Pool-nodes): -addnode=<ip> Add a node to connect to and attempt to keep the connection open -connect=<ip> Connect only to the specified node(s) Info taken from here (there are more options): https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Running_BitcoinJust add the above parameters to your startup-link (or start the CGA-wallet from the command line and append the parameters). But keep in mind, that -connect will limit the outgoing connections to only those you specify and prevents your wallet from accepting incoming ones. So as soon as you have downloaded the correct blockchain, you should remove the parameters from your startup-link, because relying on only one peer for a long time is not really recommended for obvious reasons.

This coin pops up on the profitability list from time to time, but it seems to be abandoned, or maybe not abandoned but lower priority of the dev? Its an interesting coin and kind of a shame. If the dev doesn't want to operate strong seeds, why not get some volunteers to run a few and connect them together, and pop them into the code and release an update with the known good seeds and some checkpoints to get everyone onto the right chain? It seems kind of unusual to have a coin forking constantly although sometimes with popular coins it happens. Three strong seed nodes and checkpoints should at least help to alleviate it a little. Maybe somebody can do a quick scan of the source and see if anything obvious jumps out that could be tweaked?

I know, it is a shame because you never know when you'r pool will derail on to a wrong chain. My pool switches on profibility too and sometimes CGA is on the top for a while, then to find out the exchanges are off the chain and I can't payout. really frustrating. AFAIk, the last update 1.3.4.1 was to ass checkpoints and the ability to ban older clients from connecting... seems it may not be working the greatest... cause I'm on the latest and I too get derailed for no apparent reason.

Hey yall, my cga wallet is screaming "fill me!" .... I have 31 coins from way back when cga was new.... I see it's at #1 a lot to top 10 on coinwarz... maybe it's time to try mining it again. Wallet is up to date... What is a good pool or pools to mine cga from these days? The ones recommended by the main cga site are all mostly dead now... Suggestions welcome! Thanks Wolfey2014
The problem with coinwarz is, that they seem to be on the wrong chain with the low diff. Edit: They seem to have realized the problem now, as it is downlisted to the end with a warning.
