Yes, the best thing to do in hype market is to hodl until there will be improvements , we expected here to earn profit so our way to achieve is believe crypto and having a better plan .

Am not that old in crypto too but with what I have been able to gather in the short time , I think the best for now is to hold your position if the token are good ones, but if you see any failure in any of them ,then change it to better one as what you have lost is more cool than selling now that what you might loss is not much as before cause most of the coin are like 80-90 dip and the worse they can do now is go more 5-8 % which is way low to what u have lost before and holding will be the best as we can't say when they will moon again.
So don't sell now and later see in surge in some days later.

maybe some suggestions have been given a lot but indeed if the conditions when prices fall then all you can do is hold the assets that you have so as not to experience losses, but if you sell them at a cheap price then what you get is only a problem, stay patient and make sure to wait until prices rise again. the only hope is price increases.

Just hold it and wait patiently. Buy more coins and hold it because it can help you to earn the money you lost. If you really want to achieve your goal with crypto then used your knowledge on managing your coin.

Keep on holding because it is already too late if you sell it right now. Wait for a bull run this end of the year and sell it when your coin is already recovered. Make sure you sell it before the year begins because there will be a bear market season in the first quarter of the year.

When one's portfolio is plunging, the first thing you need to do is to be patient, i.e, do not be in a haste to make decisions. Else you might blame yourself. I am staying this, because it has happened to me on several occasions and has made me to learn some lessons.
If you cannot venture into trading or you do not have fiat that you could use to invest into new altcoins, you can try to check the ones you can sell, perhaps they do not have any new updates from the tea or that they have been abandoned. You can then reinvest into other altcoins with potential.

You do not give too many details about what coins you are holding and without that information it is difficult to give advice about what could be the best course of action, however since you seem to have more experience than the average newbie I will recommend that you begin to ask yourself why did you bought those coins in the first place? And if you think those coins can achieve what they promised in the whitepaper then keep them but if you do not think that then it could be a good idea to sell them.

What you are experiencing now is the longest Bear market for several years for crypto. Most of the coins are sitting at 80 - 90% losses from their strong positions at the begining of 2018. If you have the time and patience then I would suggest to wait this beear phase out and reap the rewards when the market actually begins to recover.
