Honestly, If we are loosing our investments for a long time then our choices will be to quit or to extend our patience for this investments. This investment is really risky because the price is really unpredictable in which the truth is no one could really tell what is the future market of this investment specially that this bearish market is still in effect but i'm very optimistic that the market will bounce before this year will end as predicted by most famous experts in crypto.

I agree with you. He is not alone, and I am sure that all of us who have altcoin will have the same experience. We could still hold the altcoin until it increases back but we have another option to cut loss which I don't think that is a great idea because you will lose big money and you don't have any investment for the future. So he needs to stay calm and to try to forget his regret or sad or depressed and right now, he needs to survive and stay focus because the time for the market to recover is on the way.

I do not know why you say that you are very sad about the situation of the OP, everyone is losing some money right now, those that do not either were lucky and sold at the right time or are very good traders, but those people are exceptions, but what it is going to determine who is going to make money in the next years is your ability to hold your coins despite the adverse circumstances.

It is indeed a risk if investing in coins that have less potential, will lose and have no advantage, for this it is difficult to choose a coin that has a future. The market itself is a bit pessimistic, so being patient and looking for good opportunities to have an advantage will make you rise again, many experience like OP and this is the crypto game.

Basically, we took opportunity when the market prices goes down but the current situation is really not good and it looks like it takes months to have such recovery.  It could have a less possibility that there will be a massive increase of prices this year, yet it possible to see it early next year.

Check for updates on all of those coins you haver. If there is any with no regular update, sell and buy a better token. There are lots of tokens these days that can give you substantial profit within a month.

That's the right strategies to do for now and adding up a suggestion here, we should prevent those publicity to affect us. One of the example was fake news and FUD, because it cannot help us establish our goals for the future. It's easy to have patience but how long you'll gonna have to have that when you don't have exact courage to face it.

 I think we need to be patient at the moment . Coins in the wallet, do not sell and wait for the improvement of the situation in the market. You can also replenish the portfolio with new promising coins as long as they have a low price.
