sorry if this criticism is too loud, but see the number of ico that fail I think because they are just focusing on profit and there is no italy to jointly advance cryptocurrency. I think if they instill it in their hearts, surely they will be serious

If an ICO could not raise needed softcap not to talk of hardcap, there will be no reason to continue such ICO since there won't be fund for development  of such project hence the failure of such ICO! There are other regulatory reason and legal reasons as well.

There are actualy more than some ico-s failing. There are just not as many professional team, and great idea, as many ico-s exist. Some of them may not be good enough, some just try to scam, sadly.

First is the drop in bitcoin's value. Since most of the target price of every ico that they want to achieve is in bitcoin, the value depreciates not suitable enough for the project. Next is the drop in prices and lack of investors. They lack in advertisements.

Because many of them are copy paste,theres no originality and only wanted to scam people.

Because the team that runs project must have good reputation and has a sincere reason to runs a project.so dont expect for 20% of ico to gain.most of them will died sooner

They are lack of skilled developers in order to have a smooth transaction in blockchain technology, they have a poor marketing strategy or plan wherein they spend lots in marketing but they get less, due to poor content in their marketing styles. There are a lot of reasons why it never succeeded. But the main thing is that the projects are very poorly engaged in marketing. Because sometimes it happens that bad projects can raise funds, and  good project - no, and all the reasons in marketing

ALT coin failed after ICO, because of several reason, yes, marketing strategy is poorly managed, no support system, fundamentals are questionable, not stable project, with all of this indicators ALT coin can gain or attract the market, or possible investor. I think that the main problem is that the work of the project is very poorly working, or even originally conceived fraud. If the team works in good faith, then they achieve their goals, in my opinion.

Maybe agree with you, but not totally. I saw projects that entered ICO marketplace with mentioning their hardcap but without any softcap. That means they will develop the project no matter how much they will collect.
Those who can't finish ICO on softcap stage - I think this is better. If they can't advertise project and pay investors' attention to themselves than what they can do later if they develop the project?
