In the strong development trend of cryptocurrency in recent years. But the real blockchain industry has just grown since 2015. It still shows a new industry and that is one of the reasons some ico failed. Except for scoping ico scams, there is a lack of experience and there are no good connections from media partners or big companies. Therefore, they exert themselves in a degree of independence.

There is lots of project came in this year it’s just a copy cat of already existing project. Even some projects are never even bother to listed on big exchanges . Some are not even achieved their roadmap . So lots of project fail d some are literally scammed people’s money.

from some failed projects that I see, there are several factors that make the project a failure:
1. Inexperienced Management Team
2. Project prospects are less clear
3. Less project appeal
4. Bad roadmaps and whitepapers
5. Less promotion team performance, or minimal idea to create a promotional program.
I think that's the cause, maybe someone wants to correct or add from my opinion this.
Anyways there are different reason why some ICO project could failed now,and one of the reason of this is lack of investor who participate into there project campaign, second the project is lack of information especially into there white paper, thats why  people have doubt and confuse of the project they were presented and lastly maybe this ICO project developement is lack of advertisement or sponsor, thats why its failed ,because the most useful things to become marketable those product is the advertisement in twitter, bounty,fb,telegram and different way how to introduce your ICO into the crypto community.

have being studying some ico this year they are failing , what are the causes of there failure

Some legit ICO were failed because their commodities are not feasible to the masses in which if the people will not use the product then for sure the investors will be doubtful if they will going to invest to it or not. So it is better that we review well the project too before investing to ensure that our money will never lost

Yes, Nowadays so many ICO failed. Many things that make an ICO project failed like there is no more innovation to make it be better than before, bad presentation and whitepaper. And the last, they can't attract the investor to participate their ICO.

There a lot of factors. But, these maybe will help you to know many.
1. Bad preparation before helding ICO. They don't prepare the team, announcement, website, roadmap and WP.
2. Bad strategy and marketing. They don't counted well the token allocation and fund allocation. They give so lot part of token to airdrop and not guaranteed to buyback them.
3. The goal of project is not ambitious. Their goal not look so ambitious, not unique because it same with some project that solve same issues.
4. No detail information about project can be found. They not write about their project very details and the team can't or won't answer some necessary question.
5. They not build their community. They only rely on airdrop to build the community, it's makes the community only have big quantity not on quality.
6. Restricting some country which have very big potential investors such.
7. Expensive price on ICO and have a lot of minimum on investment.

in my opinion this is closely associated with the increasingly high number of ICO project. With the increasing number of ICO project, while the number of investors also remained even or even makin a bit. It will be a lot of ICO projects that don't get investors. So sales are not smooth, and ultimately must fail. This is due to the number of existing ICO project is not proportional to the number of existing investors.

The crypto world is maturing. There is future in this thing so investors are more wiser now. If there is no proven and working concept behind the project, it will fail. Even when you have a working concept but you cannot put it clearly in the WP, people cannot communicate with you so ICO will fail.

In my mind, lately many ICO are failing or ICOs are unsuccessful. So why many ICO's fails, that's because management team or team leader who have no experience, Project prospect is less clear. the whitepaper is very hasty and less promoting ICO. I think that's my opinion if there is a lack of you can add your own.

Maybe because now is not their time. Or their project doesn't have a good impact in the community that is why only few have invested on them.
Or maybe their marketing strategy is not effective. There are projects that have potentials but doesn't have many investors, it is because they lack in advertisement.

Some ICO's failed maybe because they did not hit the target sale value and maybe the team behind don't have much experience about the project.

Lack of strong community to back them up.
Project having no significance or relevance in the future.
Lack of strong team .

The main problem I find with ICOs in late last year and this year is that they are greedy in the sense they don't plan to use all the funds but still ask for them anyways. These projects a lot of them could be funded with less than 50% of what they are asking, and it is a travesty that the average investor (us) gets fleeced in order to make these projects go. I want as many projects to be funded as possible, so we can find many solutions, but not at the expense of investors.

Well, I think some ICO's failed due to lack of marketing strategy that's why they don't attract much investors.

As I observed now for what I am thinking some ICO's failed maybe because of the team behind, sometimes when they have seen that their project becoming successful maybe some of them felt greedy and want to get more shares and they leave the project alone.

There are some ICO's experienced failures because they did not get more investors for their project, and maybe because the project is not worth to use by the community.

projects with unprofessional teams in the crypto world, roadmaps that do not reach targets, maybe that's one of the causes of ICO coins being a failure.
Coupled with a very greedy human nature for big profits to be the weapons of the swindlers in taking advantage

There are so many reasons behind this: Not potential ICO team, Marketing strategy is poor, Targets not achieved, Product is not good, Investors are less, expensive price on ICO and have a lot of minimum on investment, ICO could not sustain long term.

Maybe the ICO is just trolling some of us to scam but mostly the organization or the people that runs the ICO lacks of information and experience in running ICO or they just started with low capital thats why they most likely fail.
