They failed because they collected too much money and make the demand for the token close to zero post ico. If the amount that they sell at ico is less than the demand, the token/coin will become a hot commodities at exchange later, but they sell too much and no one want to buy it again at exchange while the one that bought from ico already want to sell it and move on thus creating a selling pressure with no buy order.

There are a lot of reasons for this, because once 90 percent of the projects have been successful and failed only those who really cheated people, and at the moment a lot of low-profile projects have started and therefore fail because of their lack of work!

I myself don't think it is a bad thing as dead ICOs give way for better, more reliable ICOs to have a chance. Therefore preventing the industry from be coming saturated.

This is probably because they did not reach their softcap. it can happen because it may be the less attractive product they offer or the unfavorable marketing strategy they are doing. or maybe ico they make just for personal gain or can be called ico scam.

One of the main reason is marketing. If your idea is brilliant and team is perfect for the project but. if you are out of money to advertise your project, your ico will be fail. If your marketing strategy is strong and you have enough money, then your idea or team doesn't matter. For me the reason why some ICO failed is because unfortunately, many projects are simply bad ideas from the start.The concept of earning tokens as a reward is a good idea. However, if the tokens aren’t actually deemed to be useful by enough people, it is hard to successfully promote their usage. And also the other reason for this project’s failure was its lack of security, for me understanding all the technical aspects of the blockchain technology behind a project is good but may be not always practical. However, it is at least have a high-level understanding of the technical specifications of a project before investing in an ICO.

Yes some ICO are fails i think i have not good team of developers and they do not make good preparation so they can not attract the investors. The main factor is lac of team work i think if you have no excellent team then your project will not succeed.

its because they are not update or not enought investor and member of the ICOs!! Cause if you have many investore and members theres a chance thats ICO will be succesfully in sales !! cause ICOs need support of investor and member to spread there word!!

Many ico failed because of poor concept and some ico almost copy the concept of others. Some ico projects have a team with less experience on blockchain or crypto which makes there project weak and lost of interest of investors. I just observe that ico which has very unique concept is always hitting the hardcap thats why we need to find the ico which has unique and very good platform. Another is ico project must create a platform a which has a power to attract mass addoption and also we must avoid scam projects buy reading the wp and searching the team.
