And there should be a difficulty adjustment at block 288.

is this another failed launch like Maxcoin?

I'm trying to compile the source code now in windows and its a bitch.. not much documentation at all and the makefile.cygwin isn't working out of the box under windows 7 64-bit with cygwin 64 installed...

I'm going to have a bit more of a play around.. but seriously how hard is it to test your product and provide some simple instructions and a list of the deps required Huh?

is this really too much to ask from a "FAIR" launch?

Sorry I didn't include this, wasn't really sure how to do it since I've not used screen before.

my guess is they have shitty PCs and really need the head start. LOLZ

either that or they want to rape the blockchain with a botnet for as much as they can before people catch on.

I suspect they're Linux devs who don't know the ins and outs of Windows development. So, when something goes wrong, they don't know how to fix it quickly.

Did I help you today, or just like my style? Toss a couple coins my direction!

My take on it is that these Linux developers are so smart that tackling windows binaries is easy, until they get to that part.

Surely hope this isn't the case but if it is then why don't they have everything ready to go at launch?  Not hard.  have all files sitting on your pc and just uploads everything on launch time.
