What is with devs of these different coins lying about having windows binaries at launch?
I suspect they're Linux devs who don't know the ins and outs of Windows development. So, when something goes wrong, they don't know how to fix it quickly. its not really windows development because its the same code base just compiled on a different OS... they R just too lazy to write doco and test it. For any valuables left in your car.

If there was a windows wallet before 500th block this would be the most fare coin launch i have ever observed. Followed announcement time to the second. Had some problems for everyone but after around 30mins wallet was working for everyone. about 3-4 hours for people to compile get ready and mine after release because of the first blocks with 0 reward. unfortunately no windows wallet yet

Expected average time to block: 238188.265196 -- thats ~63hrs -- how can you call it a fair coin when only botnets and server clusters can pull this coin - atleast shoul've provided some pools OP

I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash." - Child Harold - February 28, 2014 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=421615.msg5424980#msg5424980
