I absolutely cannot get this to work.

My conf file is riecoin.conf in the appdata riecoin folder:

server=1
daemon=1
rpcport=28332
port=28333
rpcuser=myusername
rpcpassword=mypassword
rcpallowip=127.0.0.1
gen=0
addnode=194.97.156.59
addnode=76.102.71.50
addnode=79.135.200.61
addnode=162.248.98.162
addnode=64.79.107.5
addnode=192.241.129.169
addnode=173.193.48.174
addnode=107.170.26.188
addnode=67.225.172.77
addnode=198.144.180.117
addnode=198.144.180.118

command line for the miner is: F:\rminerd_win32\rminerd.exe -a primesr -o 127.0.0.1:28332 -u myusername -p mypassword -t 1

still failjob.

json rpc call failed  401

Any advice?

is your .conf file defo a .conf file and not a .conf.txt file

are you also on a 32bit system with a single core?

64 bit quad core, two different systems. Using the windows wallet that was posted by the trusted member.

setgenerate true = mining, but the mining app will not run. Every time its fail.

and its def a .conf file. I've solo mined plenty of coins, I just cannot get this one to work.

why are you running a 32bit miner with only 1 thread set in the command line then?

how setup rminerd on windows?

tried the wallet, miner won't mine on it
if you dont know how to mine solo don't waste time to mine riecoin... ))

Thank you sir.  You are a hero.

Does anyone know the command to increase the sieve size for rminerd?
sorry if I offended anyone((

riecoin.conf
Code:
rpcuser=123
rpcpassword=12345
rpcport=1234
server=1

miner start
Code:
rminerd -a primesr -o 127.0.0.1:1234 -u 123 -p 12345

sucks but every time I try that I just get

 HTTP request failed: The requested URL returned error: 401

im using the RiecoinQT and rminerd

windows 7 64-bit even with the firewall off it wont talk

It's ok, I understand, sorry for being harsh.

You have to download the wallet, let it sync. Sometimes it won't sync by itself. You have to make a .conf file in the directory, follow this: (then find the miner)

Looks like this coin might not last long otherwise... Very difficult coin to mine, someone needs to implement some prime share system fast!

Since this is a new PoW, it is very hard to define a starting difficulty that avoids instamining. To overcome this and contribute to a fair launch, the first 576 blocks will have no reward and the next 576 will linearly increase and reach the full reward at block 1152, after 4 difficulty adjustments were performed. Besides avoiding instamining, this should allow time for those who want to compile their own clients.
