I recieved withdrawal confirmation email 5:52 am GMT +7  which is 40 hours ago.

I replied to their pm april 15th 6:35 am . 20 hours ago.

Unacceptable. There aren't any valid excuses outside of technical problems to make you wait this long.

Betcoinsports downgraded to "C".

They claim theyre upgrading to automated withdrawals.

Even if that turns out to be true whats the reason they do not reply to email? The only way to talk to them is through public pressure.

Also their pms didnt state when the withdrawal would be done, no apologies either.
The communication compiled with the 2 day wait warrants a downgrade. A book should not toy with players. They will not be immediately upgraded upon implementation of instant payouts. Another downgrade may be in order if non-payment continues.

PM from betcoin:

Quote
Quote
Speed of withdrawals, not beeing able to log into casino and refusal to answer emails, the only way to talk to your company is through public pressure. Hardly a superior gaming experience.

We are growing extremely fast and trying to keep up with growth.  On top of that we are making some big improvements to our sportsbook and poker room.  You cannot log into the casino because currently the backends for the sportsbook and casino are separate, but this should be all combined within the next 5 business days.

We are very active on the forums as well as emails and looking to add telephone support here soon.  We have invested a lot of money, time and energy into this and is everything perfect?  Certainly not, but through your feedback and our tireless dedication we will get it as perfect as possible.

Sounds like a bunch of horse.... to me . When you login to your account youre able to choose between poker and casino/sportsbook.

So when I want to use sportsbook I have to click sportsbook/casino. So idk what the f theyre talking about.

And again no word on the withdrawal at all.

Especially the red part is punch in the face because they did not send me a single email! Theyre FOS

Great! Good to hear. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get paid. It is nice gesture by Betcoinsports to compensate you.

Yes it is but it doesnt make up for the fact that theyre ( at best ) unorganized to the point where they dont reply to emails and dont process withdrawals until someone complains in public.
Their sportsbook looks okay but their over/under lines look rigid.

I agree with that. It shouldn't take public complaints for things to be done. If they see good then it would be resolved privately and immediately. I get it.

We do see one email that was missed on our part which mentions nothing about a withdrawal, however can you forward us the additional emails that you have sent that were not responded to?  This issue was never brought to our attention privately.  The reason why it took us so long to respond is because the complaint was made in a public forum and we don't actively search forum threads for issues.  Our players know they can email us anytime and we will resolve any and all questions quickly.

We thank you for playing with us.

Yes and again I did not send an email about the withdrawal because I sent 1 email asking about the bonus which hadnt been answered for 2 or 3 days at that and I sent an email about not beeing able to acess the sportsbook.

The reason it took you so long was because youre not organized, youre saying if I had sent an email it would have been  resolved fast? That doesnt compute with the fact that it took about 24 hours after I replied to your pm here ( with username and password ) to process the withdrawal. You dont even have a clear picture of requested withdrawal at your organisation, you miss emails , respond late or not at all.

The fact that you keep repeating the same stuff about beeing fact by email is a joke. Its one thing to mess up, its another to try to pin it on me for not sending an email. I would have send an email if you had replied to my first two emails with the first remaining unaswered for days.

How hard can it be to work down an email inbox. What is happening that you miss not one but two emails ? Yet you insist you have relyable email support?

Bismarck didn't do anything wrong. He didn't try to use this thread to stiff arm or extort Betcoinsports.

I went back and read the Betconsport/Bismarck threads again. Bismarck made a simple post telling us of his experiences with 3 different books. I proceeded to forward it to Betcoinsports. After that time the problems continued. At this time a downgrade was made.

Although I think that Betcoinsports will be one of the top books down the line, they should not be trying to shift any of this blame to Bismarck. They should take full responsibility.

Players should first try to work things out with a book privately. If a problem still exists after that, then the problem should be brought to the forum. Bismarck did this in a civilized manner when he first brought it to the forum.

Thank you , it seems cloudbet is good news then. Especially the fact that they let the player withdraw  without affecting the bonus is really nice.

But one thing I have to criticize is the amount how loyalty points are earned. Its the most complicated thing I ever saw. And how they exchange into BTC is also questionable. Who came up with it and thought it a good idea.

Why not just make it x wagered  1 or 10 loyalty points and redeem for 0.01 BTC. Since 800 redeem for 0.01 BTC I dont see why it couldnt be 1 or 10. What do I need 800 for?

Otherwise everything seems good. I will make a deposit after tonight games.

Btw still nothing from betcoin if you can believe that.

Hi Bismarckbkk,

The bonus formula we use is indeed quite complicated - and designed by us - but it's done this way for several reasons.

1. It's one unified bonus across all products (sports, casino, live dealer casino) so it can be cleared by wagering in any of the verticals.

2. The sportsbook loyalty points formula means that you earn loyalty points for ALL sports bets that you make, even if the price is very low. Most other books have a condition that the wagering requirement can only be met by placing bets priced 1.5 or over. We have no such requirement - even if you're betting the heaviest favourite in sports betting history at 1.0000001, you will earn loyalty points for it. Not many, but you will earn some Smiley

3. The 800 points per 0.01 BTC gives us a lot of flexibility to adjust how quickly the player earns their bonus. We could, for example, run a happy hour promotion during when you receive double points.

4. If the bonus cleared at simply 10 points per 0.01 BTC, we would end up with a LOT of decimal places. While we have some players routinely betting as high as 50 BTC on handicaps, we also have a lot of players betting pennies on slots so we thought a higher quotient would be easier to use. We wanted to reward all players, not just our biggest ones.

5. We need to be mindful of bonus abuse, as a) we process withdrawals automatically, and b) our KYC requirements are less stringent than a fiat currency operator, which means we have fewer tools to prevent multi-accounting. We still do have controls in place that work well, but we needed to make sure our early bonus offering was safe for us and sustainable in the long term.

6. It is also possible that in the future we will give players the ability to spend their accumulated loyalty points in some way.

The bonus program will evolve as we progress. If you had any ideas or feedback, we'd love to hear it.

Cheers,
Cloudbet

Thank you, they said the problem was never brought to their attention privately.

That is not true. After you send them 2 mails and do recieve answers why would you send another email? When I deal with problems I dont send 15 angry email because normally that doesnt speed things up. The fact that they say players can trust their email support and claim I came here first instead of them is wrong.

As you said I there were contacted on here privately by you and were in private contact with me and it still took them 24 hours. But they say an email would have done it. In private they apologized to me accepting it was their fault but here they try to wash their hands. They messed up, they know, their organisation is terrible. They should own up to it and get better at what they do.

They should hire a dedicated support ( email ) staff so things like this can be avoided easyly. They need to get their deposit/withdrawal automated as well as their sign up process. After I signed up and made a deposit they make an extra account for you ( with your password that they know ! ) to access the sportsbook/casino server. In my case they made my Username for the sportsbook server Bismark without the C. Again someone overworked messing up. Thats what caused me not to be able to login .

Anyway im done posting about them, I just wish they would admit their mistakes publicly and dont claim perfect email support and all that.  Roll Eyes
