Isn't it better to sell now and buy back deeper? Then you'll be able to multiply the number of coins you hold, so your profit will be bbigger once the market is recovering and reaching it's new ATH level. Just passive holding and waiting isn't the best strategy to my mind.

There is no other option but to wait for the losers. From this point of view, panicking is more than a loss. That's why the hold seems to be the most logical option.
