We will keep you updated on what is being done  Right now: waiting for a BTC block to be mined, so all unconfirmed change becomes confirmed (so its safe to purge the wallet) We will purge all invalid transactions from the wallet and rescan it to stop the never-confirming withdrawals from happening. |

Update: purged the wallet (hopefully), running the rescan.
Update: rescan complete. Should start the exchange engine shortly. Edit: started the exchange software. We will see how the wallet behaves before proceeding. |

Coinmarket.io, Thank you for your very speedy and beneficial exchange. I've been trying to wean myself off other slower, less thoughtful exchanges. Us miners, we are a whiny bunch. We have a lot invested in our hardware, both monetary and time wise, and of course we, in the pursuit of every last KH/s, want everything NOW! NO DELAYS! lol! What most of us don't realize is the other side of the coin which we tend to take for granted. The side the exchange folk, like yourself have to maintain.
Thank you for your hard work, and I for one understand the need for downtime, and really appreciate this thread and your participation in it for letting us know in advance, and during the downtime what's going on, to ease our nerves. You're doing great. don't change a thing. Except unless you can manage more uptime. lol!

Hi, I have never had any issues other than this one (See above), I have been very happy to use this exchange albeit in Beta stage. I would be grateful if you could resolve my stuck ICN deposits when you get the chance and glad to learn about the patch, I know there has been chaos today with many exchanges trying to resolve many issues. Thanks again. Thank you Coinmarket for releasing my stuck ICN deposits, I expect you are up to your neck in it at the moment and appreciate the manual resolve of my issue. There are not many exchanges that communicate with its users as well as you do also 10/10 keep up the good work! |
