We did now know about this SMC fork at all, as we have been busy mitigating the malleability issue.
Its the coin developer's responsibility to keep the exchange operators posted on news like this.

We all understand your Problems and nobody said you are doing nothing or not enough..
BUT support taking 3 days to clear Pending and withdraw...and let more people deposit and get there BTC stuck in the same
Time doesn't help anyone. !
You should clear out all support tickets first before you let people deposit more cryptos that end up to stuck anyway...

You will not move up in queue because of this, so please, just stop.

We cannot stop people from depositing cryptos to our addresses.
More importantly, we should not, because the vast majority of our of users never had a problem.
You accepted having some problems by using the Site.

I wanted to do withdrawal but when I got confirmation email -I couldnt confirm my withdrawal because it came ERROR 503 or something. So I clicked cancel withdrawal and it worked - BTC came back to my account but without 0.0001 fee. Is it normal to take fee even withdrawal is canceled?
