Who wants to see how VIDY scammed hundreds of bounty hunters out of $100,000?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5188913.0;topicseen

Now as this thing happens a lot in the bounties, the bounty managers have to change their rules by holding the funds in the start as escrow. If the bounty hunters will escrow the funds in the start then the participants will be satisfied and no one will cheat them. There are some projects who deploy their coin in the end they have to escrow some money with a trusted escrow and after they deploy and distribute the coins they will get their money refunded.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I participated in the video bounty, I calculated myself based on the calculation of stakes the number of tokens that I should have received was around 200K Tokens, but I only received 10K tokens.

the results obtained are far from what was promised and this isn't fair, it seems that all participants also experienced the same thing and this is arguably systematic cheating but now this has become a risk that must be borne

That's really sad. Binance should drop vidy listing competetion, Binance has a lot of scamcoin listed on their exchange, I think they need to clean up! I had my doubts about this project from start..

I was also a participant in their translation bounty program. but I didn't receive a single token.. they paid some users and avoid others. I don't understand why they are doing this. now they are competing in binance listing competition. I think biannce should blacklist this project.

If ever Binance did get to list this project then I'm afraid they will be subjected to may criticisms and I bet Binance doesn't want any negative issues surrounding its business. Anyway, if Vidy did succeed in listing it, then Binance can also opt to delist it if these allegations are proven correct because Binance is really protecting its integrity and dont' want to be associated with projects with negative issues - just like what it did to BTCSV!
binance will not list this scam project only if binance get to know about their scam attempt. I don't think binance team is aware about that. we should take this matter in social media platforms specially twitter. and tag binance handle in our tweets about this issue. that way binance team will get to know about this issue and they'll probably investigate and if they find the proofs valid. they'll probably delist it.

yes all the decisions are in their hands but at least we bounty hunters have provided promotional assistance to their projects so they should not be arbitrary towards the hunters
It happen in this crypto world all day. We can see tons of projects scam bounty hunters after they their goal. The one thing hunters can do is spread their bad reputation of that project, and the projects will suffer the consequences.

Sorry to hear this news Sad. Now I see that bounty participants and the Bountycloud team are really serious on pushing this one. I think it would had been nicer if greed did not set in with the team since they must honor their commitment and what what agreed upon on the bounty program announcement. Anyway, good luck fellow bounty hunters! "May the stakes be with you!" Smiley
Yes that is their greed which not let them to pay the participants and even that greed eat up their project and they finish their project with lose. It is because when people see that they have did fraud with their participants then no one come to join their project and no one invest with them and not even use their product.

Yes, if they lie to bounty participants, of course easily a project will have a bad reputation, a lot of unfavorable comments will appear so that many people will no longer trust the project

My question is: How will those who see the ads be rewarded? Where will the VIDY coins can be collected by regular people? Not everyone is familiar with the world of Crypto.

you'll not get an answer here from the officials.. the team is pretty embarassed after scamming bounty they are hiding behind covers and avoiding questions here. you can try asking your question in their telegram group. maybe someone reply you there.

Not yet. The fact that they have distributed, but with very tiny amount and equal for all participant, which can seem as a scam project. I don't know what is the effect that you mention, about listing, they can list any where with their money.
