I have an enhanced type bittrex account. Alll verifications ON (Basic,Phone,Enhanced). But my acc is stiill disabled because i still cannot generate adresses for deposit. At account information page trading digital currency ON, FIAT Trading and Margin Trading OFF. And i didnt get an answer to my ticket from bittrex.

do you have any API enabled? this is the most common method that they are using. if you have an API enabled, did you turn of the withdrawal in the API as well? better change your 2FA now and enable it, the use withdrawal whitelist and IP whitelist. it will make your account more secured that an open one. |

hello.
1. I tried to sell around x000 NEO's on bittrex. It goes pending. So that I goto "Order", and click the [X] button. It give my coins back but it eat around 600 coins. Why is that? The sell dint even success yet.
2. I also got other coins inside my account like PAY & OMG. Both had 400+ coins. After I confused that Bittrex just eat my 600 NEO coins, and then I also realize that, I have no coins for PAY & OMG. They're just gone!
So what the hell just happend to my account? I already lock my account. I even cant withdraw my neo balance. Already contact the support.

My account also have 2FA ENABLE.
Is it possible that you had partially sold the NEO? So your transaction was not closed yet as there are still some NEO on sell order, but some was already sold, hence the missing amount. See if your btc increases. Also, is it possible that you forgot that you put both OMG and PAY on sell order too? One of the best way is to check your "wallet" tab and check the "hide 0 balance" you can see your coins easier that way (although I think trex is automatically indexing your amount from the greatest amount to the lowest), it will also show if your coin was gone for good or still on an open transaction |

check your transaction history at the bottom of your page to see if you already made a sell transactions for your coins. you can have it partially sold some so that would account for your missing coin. then if you sell it for btc, then check your btc transactions if you have new ones that correspond to the one you are missing. it should account for everything. |

oh my  you should first look on your Estimated Values first , if it's fine so there's no problem in your account actually. It might be will remain disabled for at least 24 hours after you contact support. Based on email that i keep receive if i'm logging in |

I have a problem: I sent some ETH from Kraken to Bittrex and only later I noticed that Ethereum wallet on Bittrex was on maintenance, now the wallet is fine but I don't see my Ethereum, not even in the pending deposits chart, why?

I have an issue with bittrex so im going to drop this in here in case anyone could help me. I used the electrum wallet instead of electron cash wallet (without realising it until it was to late) to send some bitcoin to bittrex. So i sent 0.5 btc to an address that was not my btc address (it was my btc cash address in bittrex wich on the original btc blockchain doesn't belongs to me). I asked bittrex if they could please refund me back that money, since its technically possible as they have the private key for my btc cash address and the same key can be used for the address on the other blockchain.
They refused helping me, and pointed me to a link on their website saying that only deposits of more than 5000$ would be recovered, as it was a manual operation blablabla....1700 dollars is a lot of money for me and i cannot understand that a exchange service (any service) refuse to help their costumers, even when they are taking a fee for it. Also note that the article they pointed me to was written only several hours before i screwed and given the fact that btc cash is so new also they could have given a grace period of some weeks to people get used to...

Its impossible. They don't know what a hack is. Ask them if they enabled their API? If it is then they dont realize that its a key to their account and if someone got hold on it then they can use their account. They just don't understand what an API means and what it can do. Very simple, don't enable your API. |
