Bittrex claims that has updated their Terms on 2, April 2015.
However, my screenshots have been taken on 30, April 2015.
it shows that it has just secretively edited his rules to have the right to close our accounts.

Don't be surprised if they are selling btc out of these locked accounts and will buy back once btc drops considerably, replace them and then reopen your accounts.

Yup... I had a legacy account and just got switched to "New". Not sure what's going on. They should have at least notified us somehow that they would be restricting withdrawals at some point. Going to speak with a lawyer and see what they think. Does seem a bit strange, I've been with these guys for years.

If they already sell them and now have buying on new rate then they are going to be millionaire as they already have very big profit in pocket rate is going down very quickly and some hoping its going more down before December rise poor work and very poor support from them

Bittrex stopped my withdrawls

Legacy account

Now blocked

I have never had this happen on any exchange

the volume i use has never been an issue

Other issues
1) 2FA
I use desktop what is with 2FA, google (spyware) and mobile devices - how does this help me

2) IP verification, I use dynamic ip address from my ISP, do you realize how frustrating this is to verify your IP address with an ISP that drops out nearly everyday

Option 1 - time to move exchanges and undergo a campaign to promote a better option

Option 2 - wait while I lose more money until bittrex fixes issues

I don't think they really need to lock that much accounts to do that. They could as easy just do so taking some BTC from own cold storage. I mean with 50 000 BTC daily volume they can afford (or think that they can) temporary insolvancy for 20-30 Millions. However I believe bittrex know better then trade-gambling with their customer funds, it feels kinda low. My image of those people tells me they never involve in something that bares financial risk. My gut tells me it's location-based ban - a perfect crime, since Bittrex is US company and explicitly forbidden from doin business in certain regions so they can block accounts, keep numbers in their databases, representing withdrawal limits, then ceise those funds in 2 years as they state in TOS.

Or, perhaps and hopefuly they will issue another statememnt, explaining the delay and unlocking accounts. God knows, but they surely aware of the issue, which means bittrex ignoring this subject intentionally.

If they notified you beforehand you would have had time to withdrawal all your assets thats the problem. By not notifying you, they have your funds held captive which they can use for their own nefarious purposes as well as make a killing off you having to withdrawal all your assets at 0.025 a day which could take years if you left a decent amount on exchange.

Genius, pure genius.

Yeah I just noticed my Legacy account was changed to New and now the Daily Withdrawal Limit is 0.025 BTC.  If that's not some BS then I don't know what is.  Before the limit was 1btc.  It's going to take forever to withdraw my funds now, not to mention the 100k satoshi withdraw fee each time.

I'm done doing business with them.  Some kind of change like this deserves a notice or warning, I've had my account with them for years.  Needless to say I'm upset about it.

Its more than a month that we are warning bittrex users to withdraw all of their money before they scam them, but most of them think it will not happening for them!
if they can disable thousands of accounts(even enhanced verified!) and not answer any tickets now, they will do it again and again in future!
I'm talking to those that still can withdraw, BE AWARE OF BITTREX or soon you will joining us!

Hello!!!
I was very happy working with you guys and I sent all of my money to bittrex.
And I realized that I can't withdraw even a small part of that when my account is not verified.
I really need some cash to deal with my unexpected situations.
You cant' imagine how miserable I am now when I don't have any money left in my pocket. Cry  Cry  Cry

Please!!!! I just need you guys to verify my withdraw function of my account first. I won't need to withdraw all of my money.   Sad

Many thanks to you guys!!!!! I wish you best luck!!!!

How long does the average support ticket take on Bittrex or would it be better to email them? There seems to be a major backlog on zendesk.

Stupid exchange.
Bittrex has disabled my account (my account has been more than two years old), without any explanation.

What the fuck Bittrex?
Your support does not respond to my tickets 10 days!

It is necessary to file a lawsuit on these bitches.
