Is this project launching an ICO or not? finding  good investors and sponsor nowadays is really hard because there are thousands of fake and scam ICO. What is their unique features to attract people and investors?

It wouldn't be any ICO I think because in the website , the said : Tokens are distributed free of charge among the student community, in the scientific community, and among the leaders of the opinion of the cryptocurrency market.

in any case, the project will have a large number of supporters who will take part not only in free distribution, but also in sales. So I hope sales will be successful.

That requires more team building in regards to the accountability and various performance attributes that can gain an attentive scope of sales and distribution workflow which will even bring a leading change.

I do not think that scientists have refused such contributions, on the contrary they will be happy to finance.

How will investments be paid for projects? Will it be a one-time payment or not?

What do you mean? In my opinion, in each project, investments are made once and the payments you receive in the equivalent amount of your investments, you will receive tokens.

I also never heard of investments that would be invested several times. It is clear that you once invested your money and got tokens, which in time will bring you profit.

We do need to hold the tokens in our bag for a quite timeline untill the coins shall be listed on an exchange and even gains some good price and then we can take a next step to sell the coins successfully.

Indeed there are quite time to wait to make the token selling profitably, it is also much better to wait than to sell it in a short time, but either way it up to investors to decide.

I guess you miss something. They already have provided bounty campaigns in which can be found in the 1st page of this Ann thread. And also, the team are having an event in Las Vegas next month and probably to promote the project and meet some crypto enthusiast there.

Science have a long time to be learned so, I don't think you will gain instant profit after the coin hit an exchange to increase the volume of trading.
