Regarding the new mining pool http://btq.air-pool.net/, I can't seem to GPU mine it, I keep getting rejected share above target error, anyone know a fix for this, or can link me to working settings, this also happens other places for me

Try this one, it's the one I use and it has the correct settings so the shares are accepted
http://www.bitquark.info/downloads/sgminer-4.1.0-g9dc6e_windows.zip

Thanks!
First be sure you're running the latest and greatest sph-sgminer 4.1.153. There's been a lot of bug fixes lately. Then try adding "--difficulty-multiplier 256" to the string.

Does BTQ have a Facebook Fan Page?  I'm old and I yell at children all day to get off of my lawn so I'm too tired to look it up.

I mentioned in some other topics there's still a great deal of back end coding to do but here's a quick screenshot of the mobile concept:

https://scontent-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/t1.0-9/1175338_654375084615589_2863102462448418272_n.jpg

m.cryptofleamarket.com

We'll eventually need testers.  Current it looks correct on a number of mobile phones/browsers, but a few don't display the shell correctly.  Like I said, there's still a lot to do.

I've got 4 separate IP's I can vote from, cable, air card and 2 cell phones. BTQ will get 8 votes/day from me! Also leveraging all of my IP's at https://comkort.com/vote/#BTQ every hour!

81.84850000 BTQ = $1 USD

818.485 BTQ = $10 USD

8,184.5 BTQ = $100 USD

Sourced from our rate engine for the Crypto Flea Market which averages the BTQ price across multiple sources.

The BAD:  The BTQ price is primarily averaged between the BTQ-BTC and BTQ-USD trades going on at C-Cex.com and is based on limited trading.  Once BTQ gets wider circulation and is adopted by more exchanges and sites publishing pricing data our engines $1 USD rate will be a little more trustworthy and stable.

The GOOD:  Even though the price is based on limited trading and limited sources, it shows that those with it aren't dumping cheap or trying to get out as with so many of the other alt-coins out there.

Actually, hashrate is going up slowly, due to the delisted issued of the other coin,
So, hopper miners are fixed on this coin, i guess

Have a nice day

81.84850000 BTQ = $1 USD

0.81845 BTQ = $100 USD

The true miners know that this coin isn't as easy to come by like many of the others and that is why they are holding on to them and not dumping them on exchanges at low prices. Once the community grows and BTQ is accepted at more exchanges and outlets, you will see a significant rise in BTQ/BTC and BTQ/USD prices! So to all the miners, just hang in there and keep doing what you are doing and remember, Rome wasn't built in a day!

Just want to catch everyone up on what I've been working on. Just completed and compiled the new BitQuark-Qt with the "Coin Control" feature added. I will release this update as soon as beta testing is completed.

Not sure why you didn't get the email...sent it to your gmail account. Here's the download link to the beta test http://www.bitquark.info/downloads/BitQuark-0.8.3.8-r16-CoinControl-BetaTest.zip

Air-pool hasn't had much traffic, every time I go on there, there's only 2 or 3 miners.

Coin Control is a new feature for advanced users that allows manual control over coin selection. Every time that you receive coins, a new unspent output is added to the wallet. These outputs (“coins”) are combined as necessary for outgoing payments. Normally this selection process happens automatically and outside control of the user. With Coin Control, the user can select which unspent outputs to use as inputs to an transaction. It also makes it possible to control to which address the change will go.

Exercising manual control over coin selection allows for a degree of privacy by controlling which coins are used together, and thus what a third party looking at the block chain will see. It also gives insight into the inner workings of BitQuark, such as the fee computation and the size of transactions which is nice for educational value.

My mistake. They're 6 hours ahead. Still, their other pools had more activity before too. Looks like everyone got out of Dodge.
