Hi BlackCoin, I wanted to drop in and extend an apology for the recent delay in payouts from Steak Cloud. We have successfully moved all our trading activity to a new exchange as our BTC withdraws were suffering and still are suffering massive delays at Cryptsy, although, we are sure they will fix this soon enough. Today we cleared a backlog of 50.072534031989 BLK payouts and are now moving along the line to execute another chunk of BTC payouts to our miners, just in case any of you are missing BTC from Steak Cloud rest assured that your payout will be with you shortly. Thank you for your continued support, Regards Steak Cloud support

You do know your site is down and why would you rely on cryptsy? The site is running fine... Looks like there was an error in the image link that has now been fixed, thanks for bringing this to my attention. We have moved to another exchange, suppose this is the most important factor. I've been on BLK for a long time and will still be here for much more. This coin has a lot of potential. After this BTC rise, good times will come again for sure.

Hi, I was about to invest some, but a friend of mine said It's a bit dead.
Could you confirm that this coin is still active, and that there are projects still being worked on. Sorry if I can't find this information anywhere. Even on reddit, everything looks a little bit outdated
Thank you

it's not a lot here, but really lull, the activity of trading on the exchange is, and traces the potential, not sure though, but an investment , but projects outside the activity, although there are POS 2.0, but the need at least to start not less than 500 coins Blk

Myto sp. z o. o. sp. k., a newly established Polish company, is preparing a zero confirmation service. The service is going to support Bitcoin and BlackCoin. To ease double spend detection, the company is going to establish a small bounty for porting one of the BitcoinXT patches into BlackCoin codebase. Details can be found on the Reddit thread. (This is also a partial answer to the cryptamin’s question).

@fmasta there is a touch of irony in the fact you mentioned IE's proxy accounts in your first post all is good with BLK from tech side and most people are not interested in these sidechannel dramas. grow up!

Hi Everyone,
I have a problem and need help.
I just downloaded the new wallet v. 1.2 and it will not load. I get a warning that states: error reading wallet.dat! All keys read correctly, but transaction data or address book might be missing or incorrect. It looks like there was a fork back in October. I did not upgrade before then. What should I do?
Update: I can download and run a new wallet, but I want to move the coins from my old wallet into the new one. When I try moving the wallet.dat file into the new wallet, it will not read the file and gives me the error message.

Try to get hold of your private keys (load wallet using old blackcoin client and export private keys for all addresses) and then start with new blackcoin client and import private keys.

It looks like the export option is not available to me. Backup wallet, Sign Message, and verify message are available option, but the export under the file tab is not functional. It is gray.
