PASSWORD PROTECTED 7zip files of the windows QT and the source are posted in the OP.

I have 3 different locations for each in case something happens to one.

At 17:00 EST I will post the password so all can enjoy.

Are you still releasing source to the pool's 20m before launch?

I'm surprised people aren't using their multi-megahash farms to crack the password and premine.. lol

So any special instructions for mining this coin. From what I've seen with Maxcoin and Ultracoin, if you guys don't get this part right and a lot of people are having trouble right at the beginning, it's not going to be good for the coin because it's going to cause a lot of people to call it a scam. Ultracoin's problems were perhaps legit, but Maxcoin was a complete scam. Making it difficult for people at the Beginning, while the developers mined away, calling it a fair launch.

We need some some good pools instead of these random pools (where you have a better chance of getting ripped off)
Can anyone contact some of the major/popular pool operators and see if we can get this coin on there. I would feel 100x better mining on a pool that I can trust instead of these brand new pool websites and have my coins stolen from me.

Agreed, I don't recognize these pools much either.

Don't know if I should go with p2p pool... Never used one of those before

+2 we need some more known pools to come to our aid, been burned too many times with shit pools failing at launch

I'm mining with http://gpuc.allpoolz.com
so far they have tweeted me when a pool wasn't doing well to let me to know i should swap over to my normal pool with them
sent me an email when they were removing a pool to let me know to cash out before they closed the coin
and theres never been a connection issue. i'm very happy with them!

MINER:
This is the latest version of the vertminer with a test bat inside with 7950 config (no overclock or fan speed settings) got the config from here but the previous persons pool i tried, wouldnt connect so i found a pool and just signed up.
i dont do vertcoin but the pool worked for my testing if anyone else wants to test without setting up a pool.
uploaded to dropbox for my own backup and for anyone wanting to test

maxcoin was also a scam because the devs said it was cpu mine only while they had a gpuminer all along.

Does anyone know if I can just copy/paste my settings from SGminer config straight into the vertminer config ? Or will I have to do some tweaking ?

Kinda wish I'd just voted for scrypt now Sad
DO you even try to read anything on this forum ?

NO because it's usually full to the brim with worthless posts like yours so it's alot of reading to find anything of any worth, easier to just ask  Kiss

I am blunt, don't like it ? Too bad
