The number of refunds has increased. The average payment amount is lower (most payments are 0.2 btc). The total amount being refunded is the same.

More payments being sent in 10 minutes.

stay true arbs... glad to see you updating

in my opinion the processis taking to long and we lack the information about BTCArbs his refund planning...

I'm not sure we are hearing from everyone who is being paid, but it feels like the frequency of payments has dropped a lot since the beginning. No idea whats going on.

Well it seems like a lot more people are showing up with pay back requests. I haven't seen a payment in a while either.

Not sure if's he's going strictly by date or size of account, or a little of both, but I sent an email and 2 PM's on or about 6/8, still nothing.  Total of all accounts was about 2.2 BTC so that might come into play.  The suspense is killen me.

Using this forums PM system has got to be a pain for him too.  Seems to take me several tries to get a pm through, and then I usually have to wait the 5 mins at some point.

My original investment of BTC0.27 has been refunded in full this morning at about 12AM Eastern.  The spreadsheet has been updated accordingly.

Many, many thanks BTC-Arbs!!!

To everyone (legit) waiting for their payment, hang in there.  To all non-legit requesters, find another thread to scam.

BtcArbs-

I emailed on 5/30 and PM'ed a couple of weeks ago since it seemed that PMs were getting a look more frequently. I am closely associated with another member on this site that contacted you after I did and he has been contacted back. I would like some form of acknowledgement that you have received my communications. I have posted here only twice about this and sent only one email and one PM... This seems to be a case of the squeaky wheel getting the oil but I have done my best to wait patiently...

My account was nnkaceryan my initial deposits were 1.0btc on march 14th and .5btc a day or so later.. Please review my email and acknowledge it's receipt. That is all I am requesting, if it takes months to get the btc back so be it but I want to know that the process has started for me...

Thanks

Do we really have fake claims though? I'm not sure who exactly are you talking about but it would be a pitty to have those people claim that they had big deposits wait for ages because someone said they were fake.

I sent an email today since I did not get a reply to my PM yesterday. Not surprising since it was only yesterday. But he has been online since that time.........

According to BTC-Arbs comparing the total amount, there are some fakes:

I haven't looked at the spreadsheet but I assume that it is filled with fake users and incorrect deposit amounts because the total deposited amount is less than 600 BTC.

I sent an email and a PM on June 6th. I had not sent anything else and I had not posted anything in this forum until now, but I did get an email from BTC Arbs yesterday that my first payment would be next week. So it does appear he is working through the messages. I don't expect much but I'll take what I can get.

Well I'm not sure how anyone can "fake" it.
If you kept printed records of you account sign up and your deposit transactions, which can be verified via the blockchain, like I did.....

The fakes should be easy to weed out. No?  Huh

Or is the "fakes" claim just an effort to buy time?

I dunno................. Stranger things have happened............  Roll Eyes

well we are missing something.
BTC-ARBS can be the ANGLY guy of the whole story. As we ask our coin coins back, we forget the story that, as BTC-ARBS said, site was hacked.
IF the story is true, we have a BAD guy, hacking and draining our coins. Here comes the point of this: Crypto community is very knowledge powerfull guys (the NICE guys) that care. As someone found BTC-ARBS and his family, it is possible to find the REAL hacker (if exists) and make him pay for the whole mess!

As BTC-ARBS has the logs, we look forward to get a share of these logs that prove that site was hacked. SO, BTC-ARBS can we have a prove of hacking. Also Hacking is a international crime. BTC-ARBS did you do any legal movement about it?

Hey everyone...long time lurker, first time poster.  I notified BTC ARBS on 5/31 via email that I had invested roughly 2.5 BTC.  I did not send a PM or modify the sheet, as it was my understanding that one notification to him was enough.  I have not heard anything back and have not received any refund.  I figured I would go ahead and post here since it seems that people are curious as to how many refunds are owed.  I will keep everyone posted should I hear anything.

Update

More refund replies sent
Only 3 pages of PM replies left to contact
More refunds being sent in 10 minutes

Reminder

I do not check or update the spreadsheet
Updating the spreadsheet is not a refund request
Send a PM instead (or email)
I only reply to refund requests after they have been verified and placed in the queue
If I think your request is fake I will tell you or ask for more information
