Received a whopping .05 Bitcoin today. The payments have gone from 1 BTC to .25 BTC to .05 BTC. Pretty discouraging.
Count your bleessings...At leat you've gotten something back. I've been waiting since the begining of the replayment period with zero communcation. Although I'm pretty sure he's not going to pay me back or even acknowledge I have a legitimate claim because I called him out as a scammer back when the site was "sold" to another company. I want to have faith that he'll do the right thing here but who knows...with my luck he'll save my claim till last and I'll be in my 70s or some such. |

Yeah, definitely glad to be getting something back, but the pace of repayment has become excruciatingly drawn out...and I would think that over the past 2-3 months, he could have had a lot of the smaller accounts fully repaid, so the larger ones would be seeing more and larger refunds...not fewer and smaller.

See you called him out as a scammer, and you were right, but then he punishes you. And then no one else will take a stand with you because they all want to stay on OP's good side to try to get something back. It's like with lunamine, I was saying he was a scammer and there were some people sticking up for him because they want to try to get a refund. Glad you had your principles. |

Got a PM. Now I know, he knows I exist.  Sept 15th. He mentioned a new payment schedule was in the thread. Not sure what that means as I've been following the thread closely. Maybe he's referring to the make smaller payments to everybody. Either way I'm happy to be acknowledged. |

Ok everyone...I need to take a few mins of your time so you can watch me eat some crow... If you check this thread you'll have seen that a number of times I mentioned that BTC-Arbs will likely never pay me back nor consider my claim legitimate because I had previously called him out on an extensive thread as a scammer over on Litecointalk forums. Well, looks like I'm looking like the fool now as BTC-Arbs PM'd me last night!  So I want to publically apologize to BTC-Arbs for my previous speculative comments. Clearly you've proven me wrong and you are being a stand-up guy and trying to make things right. Going forward, I'll just sit tight and continue to be patient... |

I must have gotten the same PM as chilly2k...

...I checked the thread for the past couple weeks, but don't see the "details". Is there another thread somewhere? At least glad to hear that I am on some "schedule". Thanks BTC-Arbs!

Hey BTC-Arbs, I invested more than 10BTC and I only got one refund of less than 0.2BTC. I was one of the first to contact you with my deposits info on this thread. I know there's still some people that had not received any refunds yet, but others have received several. My only refund was 2 months ago. I'd like to know when will be my next refund. Also it would be desirable that you share some info with your investors, like the total BTCs refunded so far, the total owed and how much are you using to trade. Thank you. |

I agree that sharing more info would be nice. The total refunded and total owed would help to understand how long this might play out and how often to expect a payment. I don't expect he will share, how much he is using to trade. That would lead to all kinds of speculations and assumptions. And knowing how much he's trading with doesn't really help figure out how long this could take. From his posts, and those that have received payments, my guess is he's paying back around 1-3 BTCs every 3-6 days. That's just a guess. |
