The only possible way we get to 67000 in 4 hours is if a HUGE multipool jumps in and doesn't leave for quite a while...But if that happens we always run the risk of the multipool bailing quickly before 67000 and we get to wait another 2 days of excruciating 20 minute blocks...

According to information on http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency - multipools are on vacation the last day or two .. it's not a big problem (look for example at charts of digibyte and others similar coins)
