If I personally make this Bounty a side job, it's not the main job. because I have a job in the office. Although sometimes I can get more money than the bounty if compared to my salary from the office. Why do I just make this work a side job, because working on a bounty can be done anywhere, anytime.
Bounty is like freelance job as you can work from anytime, anywhere and sometime money from bounty is more from office salary. But i still prefer office job because it's stable and i receive my salary every month. Meanwhile in bounty, you don't know when you will receive your token, how much it worth. some bounty run over a year but worth less than $100.
I do not like working in an office even though the income can be stable but more time is wasted. myself prefer to be a participant in the bounty campaign and do arts rather than having to work in a boring office

I think if they issue collective lock period on bounty they will be able to control atleast some part of the market but i think some projects do dump themselves i mean check out when ico is ended even before distributions most token are listed cheap on exchanges

I think that the bounty activities are meaningful for the new ICO project. They need to promote their projects through some platforms such as signatures or Twitter. If not, they will not know what they are, so the bounty is meaningful.
in my opinion it is one of the effective methods of promoting the projects they are running, and this is a mutually beneficial symbiosis between bounty participants and also the ICO project

You are stupid. The existence of the bounty task is inevitable, and the developer team must find more people to advertise for their own projects. Otherwise, no one knows the coins. This is a marketing mechanism. The existence of bounty hunters also serves the cryptocurrency market.

Bounty are good for projects, not for their participants. But while many are involved in this, and not because it is bad or not profitable, it’s just the reality of business.

Although I agree with you, if the bounty activity is stupid, then why are there many bounty hunters working hard for this, and there are still hunters profiting!

Wrong reasoning. Distributing bountists tokens is very necessary. After all, they are constantly trading on several exchanges, then they buy and then sell. Thanks to them, token appears activity and popularity. Investors would simply sell tokens

You also need to understand that all this is free, the project has the right to change the terms of the bounty at any time, if the fundraising fails, the bounty hunters will not get anything, because these are the conditions.
The project will have to pay for advertising and marketing a lot of money, which projects often do not have, and bounty hunters do it only until the moment of successful fundraising.

The question then is how do you get cheap labor to spread the word regarding your product?  I don't think for the measly bounty amounts people get your going to get Mark Twain type of writing skills and quality.  I think a lot of the time the projects are expecting world class content for pennies on the dollar.

If the project is good, it will get good reviews from ICO trackers.

No people will ever invest serious money in anything shilled in signature campaigns.

Also the usual 2% bounties distribution is actually often a lot of money.. would cost much less to pay some popular bloggers to write some review.

Bounty campaigns give NO VALUE, at the expenses of ICO participants.

I now hate ICOs as I said in my thread, but even if I had to ever consider investing in one, I would not put a penny in it if the word "bounties" is in any chart.

Sometimes ICO trackers are biased and is paid for good reviews. Maybe you have a point that bounty campaigns are just disturbance to the community but you should also consider that in this way, ICO will get cheap means to advertise their platform. Anyways, we have different point of view with regards to bounty campaigns so let's just leave it this way and spread good vibes to everyone.

Many ICO pay Bounty Hunters after listing of the token to avoid the early dump by them. Even Bounty manger can make the strict rule and just pay who follow the rule. It's depends on how good BM handle it.  Wink

I think the more holder of the coin would be a lot benefiting rather than those who just bought tokens with in the sale because distributing them to people would allow them to create activities on the market which will later result to popularity of the coin.

Luckily is it people`s own free choiche if they like or they like not to paticipate on any bounty-campaign. When they do, they agreee with the amount they can get for it. Of course there are good ones and bad ones. But i don`t think that it`s fair to say that they are all stupid.

That is everyones choice to participate or not but in every bounty campaign it needs time to developed more and let the progress will flow. Think for more strategies to come along just to earn and gain profit. Their are different value to be earned but the success is near to come.

The quality of the messages may not be very good, but in reality you can see for yourself, this is the best advertisement here. Allocate to this share exactly. At the expense of selling immediately, who is what kind of person, I personally keep waiting for development.

Maybe bounty is stupid and not as effective as we would like, but this is a much more effective free option compared to other similar alternatives. Projects often have no funds, and bounty hunters create advertising for the project for free.

I think that often it is worth it but there are times when things don't go according to plan or maybe too many gifts because the marketing is free effectively so the bounty program must instill a locking period so that the changes happen to be better.

I disagree with you. bounty brings a lot of useful to the project and because of this, the project can collect more money

What's the point in distributing 2% towards bounties??

Those people will flip the tokens as soon as they get them, and it's usually much less people than it looks like due to multi-account.

Also the quality of the post is very low even for hero and "legendary" members.

If I had a coin I would never ever distribute part of the tokens towards bounties; I'd see that as a kick in the nuts to legit ICO participants.

So how they are going to promote their ICO they will have to spend thousands of dollars out of their pocket just to see their ICO in facebook and other social media account, they can opted to advertise here but they must pay right away forum administrator will not accept credits and with your own token.

maybe now what you are saying is true but I still have strong hopes and beliefs going forward the gift with ico will be profitable
