On single rigs mining MTP I always see this: ERROR - TCP Client: Receiving message timeout. Reconnecting after 15 seconds.

What does this mean? There is no overclock. Pool is 2Miners.

On multi-rigs I have 0 problems, only single...
try increase timeout
Code:
--timeout 600
for example

That did it! Thanks  Cheesy

Maybe its not miner related, but among many rigs working ok, one shows this error...

2404 ssl_transport_security.cc:1063
Handshake failed with fatal error SSL_ERROR_SSL
...
certificate verify failed

doing Zcoin on 2miners

Other miners and coins work fine doing any algo on any pool

whats wrong with that SSL stuff???  Huh

how much MTP hashrate for 1070ti?
About 2.5 MH/s.
It's depends of your power and overclocking settings.

@dev
Any new improvments for MTP in the near future ?

Hey guys,

This is Vlad from aeternity. I am not sure what is the best way to keep you guys updated about new æternity node releases. I found this channel, so here is the [important] update from the aeternity team that affects you, since you are running an aeternity node:

Read it in the Forum

If you would like us to add you to the list of projects that we send important technical updates to, please send us a mail at info@aeternity.com.

Also, in the chart on the first page, Cuckoo Cycle is missing Smiley

All the best,
Vlad

Has anyone tested CD yet? Is it faster than TT-Miner in MTP and GMiner in Grin29?

On MTP and mixed rigs with 1080 and 1070, the new CD 0.18.0 restarts every few minutes without any reason or error. Its monitored by AwesomeMiner, but without any restart rules.

Switched back to 0.17.0 and it works without any issues and 100% stable.

Maybe its the new API? Or just a strange bug. Please check this.

I've just tried it on MTP@Nicehash with 1070\1080ti rig - all ok, hashrate is a bit lower than with TT-miner mostly coz 1080ti's are 0.4-0.5Mhs slower, 1070s are 0.05-0.1Mhs slower.

Hi dev!

Many thanks to the creator of this great miner, I'm using it on GTX 1080 Ti/1080/1070 and it delivers the best hashrate among any other miners!

Can you make failover pools in the config file.json?

Like this:
CryptoDredge -a bitcore -o stratum+tcp://eu.bsod.pw:3556 -u wallet -p c=BTX -c failover.conf

can i mix command line arguments and configuration file?
