I am one of those dumpers (sometime) and holder at the same time. If and only if I think that this particular token is going to die soon, then I will dump. But if this project has a dedicated team and developer, has a great community, and has a real-world usage, I would love to hold and hold.

I think investors are worried about their money, they spend money to make profit from ICO and price dump because bounty hunter selling so deep, it is like making investor's assets decrease or making investors loss.

In my own instance, I think there are two ways to bail A Coin. The Bounty Hunters are working for their money which the Developers ought to have known and prepared for, they need not be blamed much. The Developers also should have tried as much as possible to generate Qualitative Communities at their Pre ICO with diligent patience so that even when Dumpers dumped immediately after ICOs, the impact shall not be felt much, unless they have negative thoughts against their investment at the detriments of investors.

People hate it because it is not real value, a new type of fraud!
Be cautious with the new altcoin and have the price range change too fast!

I'd be less concerned about bounty hunters dumping their rewards on the market than early investors or private buyers selling their holdings immediately for a profit who got up to a 100% discount

Usually the distribution occurs to these investors first with some delay before the bounty allocation is released

nobody likes losing money and when the bag holders get dumped on they start creating imaginary people in their head to blame for the money that they lost so that they can ignore the fact that there is nobody to blame but themselves for bag holding something that they knew for sure is going to get dumped hard but they still didn't want to believe it.

when i get my token i dump it immediately am a bounty hunter what is the importance of token i got from project if not to sell instantly, let them hate bounty dumper we are making our money

Making money is great. It all depends on the situation. Sometimes I don't dump because the token is good and I can afford not to sell.

I've seen lot's of people who complain to bounty hunters who dump their tokens after they get them. Why hate them? They have all the rights to sell whenever they want and bounty allocations are only 1%-5% of the total supply of the coin. I don't think it will do much to lower the price of the coin. I mean it's even good for the ICO investors as they will have a chance to buy more tokens with lesser price than the ICO.

Holding the tokens also doesn't mean it will make you rich. Some tokens get abandon by the developers so it would be better to sell at a good price than be left hanging in the end.

i am also one of the dumpers although we are very pity to those investors who are hoping that their invested coins to rise but they can't blame also some people who are selling because many are trying save their investment from losing too much.

I agree with you that bounty hunter gets only 1% to 5% of total token supply so they can't dump the price. But some project doesn't have reality on their project and those project dump more after distributing the bounty tokens. But I think if the project has a good reality that project doesn't care for bounty token's distribution. It's not about hate to bounty hunters or dumpers.

No one likes dumpingers. They all want to make a lot of money. But with bounty hunters. They do not invest money to buy the tokens. They work and receive it for free. So they will sell it all when they receive it. and of course the price will go down and make the investors feel frustrated because the price is lower than the price they bought ICO

Hi there,

You are right they have the right but, let me explain this to you. There are others than bounty hunters such as Pre-Sale or Private sale participants who acquired tokens at a discounted prices (bonuses etc.). When all these people start to dump when the token hits the exchange, those who participated in ICO panic sells at loss too just because they think this is the end for that project. As a result prices drop suddenly. Since it is just after the ICO, the prices would not come up in order for those people HODLing to be at profit. This might be the reason why.

Kind regards,

I think this is the right of bounty hunters. If you buy them at a low price, then the bounty hunter should sell.

A lot of people hate bounty hunters because they form part of downturn in the market. Instead to hodl for a little to make the price stable, they dump at the initial stage.

lots of people hate bounty dumpers because Bounty dumpers don't hold bounty for long time , they can sell any price they want to have money. It affected to real investors.

A lot of people on this forum are only here for money.  Most of them don't actually care about cryptocurrency, new technology, and the projects being developed.  This is why Theymos introduced the merit syste, Non English speaking spamming bounty hunters were flooding this forum and abusing it.  It's still a major problem but merit at least stopped the majority of spammers from ranking up.

Because bounty dumpers can make the project worst, if the project has a high potential, they were just like making it down and make the project worst.

Probably people think that bounty dumpers are the ones who cause the prices to dip very low. But we cannot blame the bounty hunters because they needed the money especially during this bear market. As a bounty hunter, I dont believe in dumping or selling the coins upon receiving because you cannot maximize your profit when everyone is selling. I usually sell my coins (only half of what I received), one month after listing or when the sell off has subsided.

Because it can cause the project to die. Or it makes investors lose money when dumped. The dumping is very frequent in this market. Especially those projects that have airdrop or bulk bounty. These are the free money donated to the user. And of course they will sell it all when they get it

in my opinion, why many people hate bounty hunters, maybe they cause the price of coins in exchange to go down because they don't know the current price of ico because they just want the tokens to be sold and they get money and maybe there are many other factors too many people hate

I agree with you that the decline in the market will not fall due to the selling token behavior of some bounty hunters, and the rewards assigned to individuals by the bounty task are actually very low!
