very interesting coin and innovative coin, all we need is some marketing!

because we never have a coin you can mine through CPU and GPU and ASIC  at the launch time!

Your dreams are waiting to be realized.

Scrypt pools we are having enough launch instead some qubit skein or groestl pool, not yet another useless scrypt pool

So if you can mine with ASIC then what is the point in offering the ability to mine with a GPU? Surely GPU miners will get nothing in comparison to ASIC miners, or am I misunderstanding the technology behind this?

Yes you are missunderstanding. Asics are minig on sha hashing and gpus on scrypt skein or qubit. Each with different difficulties. It is a very innovative function that it can be mined with different algos at the same time

every algo has different diff so while the diff for asics is insane the diff for gpus is low so it's very very fair for everyone. see diffs on my beta block explorer:

The block reward varies depending on the algorithm?

All views are my own, except those that I have subconsciously inherited from my parents and those that I have nicked from far cleverer people.

Yeah I know about the large number, it's just I don't think it rolls off the tongue very well. Not a huge deal though.

Also, is it just me or does this coin seem very, very hard to mine given there are 2 billions coins? I mined overnight on launch on a 280X and a 6790 (around 1mh/s total) and I got 276 MYR...

well you need to understand, although the scrypt diff is low there are 5 algos all synced in diff so the actual actual diff is your mining diff x 5
