ok thanks so i tested it s working now but speed is bit lower than cgminer
-x did get bad result so i tested with -I best speed was at -I 24 for 200mh
cgminer does 204 mh with -I 11
cgminer skein gives about 250mh on 280x with certain settings, but it gets hot as hell, and generally skein doesn't like high intensities - do not forget to watch work utility value, it's more important than hashes per sec what you talking about ? "do not forget to watch work utility value, it's more important than hashes per sec" can you explain ?, i though we had to get the highest hasrate as possible it s why i use workside 64 instead of 256 because speed is some higher with 64 the r9 380 is definitely slower than the r9 280x on skein

ok gonna take a look at that something i don't understand so i took a look at my WU: the ring with 5 gpu shows (r9 380 xfx) around WU: 175 / gpu the other one 5x sapphire WU : 172 to 190 but pc with 1 r9 380 sapphire shows WU: 38.2 pc with r9 380 asus WU: 94 they all using same setting, only difference it s the clock speed, so i m bit lost to understand that reported speed on pool website for single gpu is 192 and 224 at that time also notice on single gpu when you start cgminer WU stay's at 0 for at lease 10 minutes on multi gpu it s show numbers after few seconds and i tested sgminer it s show WU: 4900 to 6500 and look like it s going down and on a gtx460 24mh the WU shows always 0.0 on pool website 22mh reported

Myriad is GROWING . +48,5% in a day. From 13 satoshi to 20. And that's just a beginning, the part about update has not come yet. Very good price to start with Myriad. 50 satoshi is a nearest future for this coin. Myriad was there 1 month ago.

I remember being on Poloniex when it launched. It got pumped pretty good haha and it was very nice that it was the first multi algo. Made things nice being a miner back then. Ah the good days. Anyways what is the update you are talking about?

It was generally realized when myriadcoin was added to bitsquare, and they requested to use a different ticker so as not to conflict. There's been a bit of discussion about changing it on reddit recently: https://www.reddit.com/r/myriadcoin/comments/4m6llb/proposal_myr_xmy/Fun fact: BTC conflicts with ISO-4217 because BT stands for Bhutan. ETH code conflicts with ISO-4217 because ET stands for Ethiopia. Although as far as I'm aware they haven't been asked to change tickers by bitsquare.

BTC != BTN, ETH != ETB

I guess, according to the standard it still conflicts though. Anyway, hopefully MYR will switch to XMY or something else soon and it will be a moot point from myriad's perspective anyway.

Interesting that the SHA256d hash rate has been down but the other algos have been up.

Myriad upcoming hardfork to replace qubit with yescrypt CPU algo and double the consecutive same algo limit. https://www.reddit.com/r/myriadcoin/comments/4ohdqp/next_release_bounty/Questions that need to be answered by community:
Date & Time of yescrypt hardfork - this is tied to a specific timestamp - NOT a block height Height of 'same consecutive algo limit' hardfork - this is tied to a specific block height NOT a timestamp

Is anyone else excited for the yescrypt hard fork and for MYR to become the only coin to date that can be mined with ASICs, GPUs, and CPUs?

CPU only algos are for botnets

CPU only algos are for botnets I don't think botnets would waste their time for ~1/5th of block rewards competing against normal miners such as myself who want to support the network without owning a GPU or ASIC. But if the botnets did want to mine myr-yescrypt, at least they would be supporting the network too. They wouldn't be able to attack the network unless they're also in the business of GPU or ASIC mining.
