Also, if a new hashing algorithm becomes desirable to add, which of the following is better:
A) Switch the new algo in for the least popular current Myriad algo. (Total algos remain at 5) B) Add the algo without subtracting any other algo (Total algos increases to 6).
I think a swap would be better than an addition. Just sayin`

Updated the subreddit /r/myriadcoin layout. Have a look: why is it blue? First, because I didn't think choosing 3-5 colors in the Myriad color wheel would make for an appealing page. Second, because the logo in the OP on page 1 is blue. I just sampled a color from the blue logo and then used shades of that blue to fill out the color scheme. I'm open to alternate suggestions though. There isn't much to work with with the logo colors.

So what are all the other algos in existence right now?
SHA-3, Scrypt Jane, Adaptive-N, X11?
We need to be responsible and monitor all these algorithms on a single collective page on the website. We can monitor the rise and fall in popularity of each algorithm over time easily then. We should update each algorithm as new coins adopt these other algos and monitor the state of all the miners in the world to make better decisions in the future. We gather data now to prepare for the future.
If I could code I would do this, but I can't.

x11 is groestl + quark and has the same performance/cost as groestl alone.

x11 is groestl + quark and has the same performance/cost as groestl alone. oh ok interesting so why the price is cheap? the name? the logo? not attractive Scypt, SHA256D, Qubit, Skein or Groestl Hmm miss N-factor

If you guys could help me add to this list that would be great. We want to create an awesome algorithm monitoring hub to analyze the prominence of emerging hashing functions and their net hashrate dynamics. I'm trying to compile every coin that exists that isn't purely SHA256, Scrypt, Skein, Groestl, or Qubit. No PoS coins!
Adaptive N: Vertcoin, GenesisCoin, ExeCoin, SpainCoin, SiliconValleyCoin, Rotocoin, GPU-Coin, 10-5 Coin, H2OCoin, RotoCoin, CaiShen, Altcoin, EmuCoin, Rhinohorn, ThePandaCoin(PANDA) Scrypt-Jane: Ultracoin, microCoin, Pennies, CopperBars, AppleCoin, Cachecoin, Tickets, Graphene, Bitleu, Fatecoin, FreeCoin, GoldPressedLatinum, HeroCoin, OneCoin, Pingas, RadioactiveCoin, ThorCoin, VendettaCoin, ZcCoin Primechain: DataCoin, PrimeCoin X11: Darkcoin, HiroCoin SHA-3/Keccak: 365Coin, CryptoMeth, Galleon, InkCoin, CateDoge, eCoin, Palcoin, HelixCoin, Scrasic, MaxCoin, Slothcoin, NEM, Wolf, CopperLark, Sifcoin Blake: Landcoin, Blakecoin, Photon, Quark: Quark, Quarkbar, AnimeCoin, DIMEcoin, InternationalCoin, Randomquark HSH256: Mediterraneancoin Scrypt-PGC: Pangu Scrypt-N+Chacha: YaCoin Scrypt-HTC: HuitongbiCoin Fugue256: FugueCoin
Please add to the list! I'll give each person 200 Myriad for each coin they can hunt down and add to the list. We want to include every coin, even the coin with just 1 miner on it (if it exists).
Cheers!

SIFCoin - SIF (similar to Quark, but without the random algos) SHA1Coin - SHA1 variant GroestlCoin - Groestl x2 (Myriad uses Groestl-SHA2) SkeinCoin - Skein-SHA2 (same as Myriad Skein) ChainCoin - 11 algos (similar to X11)
