VeriCoin is telling its' users to get out of crapsy, then they are gonna request de-listing.

https://twitter.com/VeriCoin/status/674631537359527936

Maybe we should think about doing the same?

Secretly, I hope Cryptsy come through their troubles OK. My record here shows that I've always been prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. I think that they are being targeted by people who hate cryptos.

But these fuckers made me pay 20% extra over the going rate to get my BTC out. I believe that they are manipulative little bastards who have been milking POS coins for all they're worth on the sly. So yes, I agree with you, let's think of delisting out of the manipulation that is keeping us down. Zeit pairing with LTC??? Fuck off!!!
Lion, I am with you on that one. Let's finish the Cryptsy chapter in ZEIT history once and for good. There is no reason to feel compassion, as Cryptsy didn't have compassion to ZEIT when they downgraded it to the LTC pairing and then had our wallet in the maintenance for weeks without an obvious reason. I have no funds on Cryptsy, so I am prepared for asking them to give up on ZEIT. I believe we would have to announce it some time in advance so that all of the user can withdraw their coins safely. Otherwise, we risk once again that the exchange would take over coins to dump them somewhere else (coinex.pw dumping on Mintpal in April 2014).

To me the real question that stays open for more than last six months is: do we have a good candidate, i.e., suitable in volume, to substitute Cryptsy? For now, any of the other exchanges that we are listed are not even close to the volume we had at Cryptsy, and, being objective, there are no reasons to believe that any day any of these exchanges will come close to that volume.

Good points Uki. We don't have to beg to be delisted from Cryptsy. Let's vote with our feet. This directiion Cryptopia >>>>>>>>>>>>>  https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/

People voting by choice is the best solution, and we'll let time sort out the results.
VeriCoin actions show a more controlled type of system close to a government style control, something we want to stay away from.
IE.  Basically saying whom someone can buy or sell from, that should always be personal choice.

At ZEIT , we must follow the Path of True Freedom, allowing others to decide for themselves which path they choose.
We warned everyone of the dangers , but the final choice should always be the individual.

I haven't used Cryptsy in a while. I started messing around a bit on YoBit (no pun), but two things didn't sit well with me on that exchange:

1. They have minimum transactions in place. That stinks for people who are only wanting or able to buy up smaller amounts of Zeit, or any other coin for that matter, at a time.

2. It seems as though they specialize in ICOs. There is a new ICO just about weekly on YoBit. And it truly amazes me how many people still piss their money away with those. But hey, it's their money and they are free to lose it any way they want.

Anyway, sorry I haven't been around much lately. Lots of things have been happening. Nothing bad though.
I recently bought myself a Raspberry Pi 2 and have been playing around on it some. I have two SD cards for it, one for the Raspian OS and the other I have set up RetroPie and have a lot of Atari, NES, SNES, Sega and Play Station games on. Loads of fun! I have been trying my hand at some coding, mainly in Python because it is pretty user-friendly, and I have to hand it to you, Ray, that crap can be frustrating at times, so good on you for being so on the point with your work as our Dev!

Still the volume of these three exchanges combined is not even close to what we had back at coinex.pw, then on Mintpal and later on Cryptsy. If we want to get more people interested in ZEIT we need a new exchange that has reasonable volume. This way it is much more effective, rather than hoping that one day one of the three exchanges mentioned above becomes main stream one and I don't see that coming.

yes volume is good , but i think price for zeit will go up after 5% pos. now a lot of ppl are staking coins and sell it.That mean after 5% pos we need big exchanges to see low high we can go Wink

Agree. We have to wait for the next wave up in ZEIT before moving out of LTC market completely. How long it may take? Good question, don't know, but we have to make sure that the interest in ZEIT is still present when it happens.

I don't think that Cryptsy will delist ZEIT.
They have a huge amount of ZEIT which currently sleeps in a cold wallet after the DDOS attack.
Delisting is no solution. Cryptsy could try to sell their ZEIT on other exchanges.
As a knight I stand for an open coin. Everyone can use or trade it for whatever. Cryptsy, Gambling sites and Cryptodouble included.
It has nothing to do with our goals. It's the peculiarity of decentralization.  Wink
The knights can help ZEIT, but we cannot control every single ZeitCoin.

Cheers,
Ray

Zeitcoin itself is an investment, paying at 20% this year , and then 15 % starting in a few months and then only 5% the year after.
I would suggest just buying ZEIT and holding until the mainstream arrives, that is when coin prices will skyrocket.

As far as Dice games , there are two, I know of

ZEIT

Why is ZEIT going to achieve $1 in the future.
Some believe this is not possible.

Here are some of the reasons, it is not only possible but certain (IMO).

1.  All of the money spent to mine ZEIT flows directly into the Price of ZEIT
It is not wasted on ASICS like in PoW coins.

2.  Proof of Stake coins are more prone to be held, as selling your principle amount will decrease your ability to manufacture more when the price is higher.

3.  This coin was designed for Global use, which in Time , will have a Global Economy and a worldwide base of users that use alone will generate Value.

4.  ZEITKnights will decrease the amount of ZEIT slowly to allow more people to join , until the point we begin selling nothing more than the interest generated by our coins.

Question people have is why is the price not higher right now.
1.  PoW Miners from the initial Birth of ZEIT are still dumping , as they lack the vision to recognize the value in a PoS coin, they only recognize the value of their ASICS (which are losing value every 2 weeks) .
2.  There are traders that make money , buying the dumps , and then placing the same coins for sell at a few walls above where they purchased. They always cause a downward pressure in price.
3.  Our unknown enemy that also hits our Web Site with DDOS attacks and play games on the markets. (Shows they are Afraid of What ZEIT will Become!)

ZEITKnights will in Time overpower these dark forces, and when our Knights are between 100 & 300 members , these dark forces will fall before ZEIT
, like a feather in a Huricane !!!   Cheesy

Just to place some things in perspective , while some feel trapped beneath sell walls, realize this is the time to get ZEIT cheap because even if you add up all of the sell walls on all of our exchanges, they could all be wiped away today in 1 fell swoop for less than 4 thousand dollars.
That Buys every ZEIT for sale on every Exchange!!!

 Cool

FYI:
Last Oct. you could get 100 million ZEIT for ~$78.
This Dec. 2015 to get that same 100 Million ZEIT , it would cost you over $1369.14 .
That is a growth rate of 17.55 times in a litte over a year, no one can or will match ZEIT .
Can't wait to see what it will be next year.   Wink

Thanks for mentioning this http://dice.crypto-with.in/zeitcoin,   this and other services we are exploring are in their infancy and can go up and down as we try to evolve them.
This is experimental and only for fun / small betting but if you would like to try your luck there is also a http://wheels.crypto-with.in/zeitcoin/
The dice above is also experimental but we are experimenting with various things to help make crypto currency more engaging, useful and interesting for the general public.
